Whoever does the soundtrack for the Blacklist has the literal best taste in music. They always pick some amazing songs that just match well with the whole scene. Kudos to that guy.
+Mammon08 I'm here 'cause of the Blacklist. Awesome series. The hair of my forearms are still all dressing up in the air. I felt down from my chair when I realized that Liz was still alive and that Alexander Kirk was Liz's father.
My whole playlist consists songs from the Blacklist, my favourites are: This must be the place, dodget a bullet, rocket man, our house, oh la la, hard times, the payback, here with me, cant pretend, just breathe, baptism and divisionary,... but I love all of them
I just found this song because of the Blacklist and I‘m so addicted to it right now. It is so deep and you can just think all the time about the meaning of it. One of my favorite songs ever probably. A shame that it wasn’t more popular at that time and just a big thank you to the Blacklist team, for introducing us this masterpiece
The amazing part for me is I found this song years before watching the Blacklist, it meant a lot to me in a bad spot in highschool, years later I'm watching The Blacklist and this starts playing in I literally screamed in excitement waking up my family lol
I am from Serbia and Blacklist brought me here i can't believe that this great song doesn't have more views. Blacklist is the best tv show i ever watched

It's an amazing song. The melody, texture, music and lyrics go together so well. It's awesome! Black List is so exciting. Mr Redington...I am in awe of him. Is there anything he doesn't know or know what to do? Great cast too.
Every now and then you hear a song that moves you and this song just does it for me. Not sure why it wasn’t more mainstream because it’s better than 98% of what I hear on the radio now
well yeah!!!....LOL!!....just about the best show on TV at the moment.....hubby decided to pass on leaving early for the cottage, since it was Blacklist night!!!!
Thank you Blacklist for introducing us to this AMAZING Song! One of the reasons I love this show so much is because they play the perfect songs to tug on our heartstrings at just the right time!
Hi , im from future and i want to tell you blacklist still the best TV show i have seen in my life , i like everything in this show , starting with music in every scene reaching to raymond character , i like this smart man and everything about this TV show ❤. ..2021 ..
Hi, and I’m from the future, the only good thing about the Blacklist is the music, the writing and most of the acting is awful , especially James Spader
Easily one of the best "break-up" songs I've heard in a very long time. The metaphor is perfect. You keep song writing strong. It's your heart you lay out there, and we see it. We feel it, and I thank you for being willing to share it, and let the rest of us cope with and through you.
@@Leggend27 when someone says to you “you dodged a bullet” it means that you’re lucky you got out of that because it was a bad situation or in this case a bad relationship, but his adding of “but I think I shot the gun” is him saying it was his fault that it was bad, not the other persons, like everyone else is implying.
Like many others, I'm here because of Blacklist. This is at least the 3rd time I've rewatched, so already knew what was going to happen... but the writing was SO good in the final episode of Season 3, that I STILL got goosebumps at the end. Between the race to get to Liz, Tom, and Agnes, the dynamic of betrayal between Kaplan & Red, Ressler telling Cooper that Liz is actually alive... And then at the end, when Kirk tells Liz that he is her father, and this song playing as it all unfolds... just WOW
i pulled this up while it was playing on blacklist. play it ten times since. don't know how this guy got past me. listened to other songs of his. great sounds. Thanks Blacklist
I like where you are going with that, but I can't seem to find a place that fits exactly on Tehachapi Willow Springs Rd. I figured it would be somewhere in AV, or at least somewhere in the Mojave Desert....
Near the Tehachapi Indian Reservation. Just another way to remember the tragic history of the Red Man because of European (Whites) inglorious imperialism ´til today. Sic transit fascist gloria mundi!
The cascading vocal placements is well timed and well done. His texture and tone of voice on all layers is excellent. Musical arrangement works emotions wonderfully. Material/subject matter is relatable.
Looks like I am late to the party, but yes! Blacklist is why I'm here. Great show with some really fine music (usually at the end). Congrats to Greg and the band. I can't stop playing/re-playing this.
This show never ceases to amaze me! Whaaaaaaaat?!!?!!!!??? I found myself hitting the table at different points but somewhere in the corner of my mind I knew that Liz was alive. So that didnt surprise me; more satisfied and relieved even.
Seems Greg is gonna get himself some new fans. Awesome hearing this song on The Blacklist tonight. That show always seems to find the perfect artist and song for it's ending of the show. Congrats Greg
Well, I'm not here because The Blacklist, but I'm glad I got here. I'm from Brazil, and I heard your song on the radio. Got home and have to look for it. Haven't stopped listening to it since them. Great song!
I'm the same way, actually. However, my relationship to Laswell is kinda weird: Every odd album released (Good Movie, Three Flights from Alto Nido, and Landline) are very optimistic and upbeat, while the even albums (through toledo, Take a Bow, and Everyone Thinks I Dodged a bullet) seem to be more down. Maybe that's just me. Then again, I relate so much to this song, especially since it came out after my last breakup. ("Everyone thinks I dodged a bullet" meaning I managed to avoid a potential heartbreak with someone who might've been unstable, "but I think I shot the gun" meaning I feel like I was the one who hurt her even though she broke up with me). It also didn't help that, during the time of this album's production, Laswell had divorced Ingrid Michaelson.
As always, The Blacklist never disappoints. Not i their soundtrack, neither in their amazing episodes and, of course, the outstanding cast involved in the show. Congrats #TheBlacklist!!! #diehardfan

so true. This song makes me retrospect a lot. Where I went wrong and what I could have done. And how I came out of the smoke and how I still live and let some live when it could have easily been otherwise, hadnt there been the mystery called Love.

It actually disappointed me because I feel like it cheapened the audience and her death. Haha, they pulled a comic book death on us.
