I represent the Center for Culture and Development, which organized the Gandhara Festival, showcasing Pakistan's Jain and Buddhist heritage, through an exhibition sponsored by UNESCO in 2021. The event was widely reported in the newspapers in Pakistan and abroad. We have started a youtube channel to broadcast the activities of the Center for the promotion of Buddhist heritage and tourism in Pakistan. Secondly, I would like you to know that the Pakistani government has approved the subject of Buddhism to be taught to the Buddhist students in Pakistan in school from class 1 to 10, (instead of previously taught subject called Ethics) for which we with the contribution of Buddhists in Sindh worked out the curriculum and now finalizing texts books on Buddhism. I think this is a major step that will go a long way in protecting the Buddhists and their religious heritage of Pakistan. Thirdly, since the presence of Pakistani Buddhists was not known to the world, the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) never documented the situation of Pakistani Buddhists. Through our efforts, now HRCP has included a paragraph on Pakistani Buddhists in their Annual Report 2021, highlighting the challenges faced by the Buddhist minority in Sindh. I think this step will ensure the protection of their fundamental rights as citizens of Pakistan. Finally, I will be very happy to report on Buddhism in Pakistan, if you need more updated information on a regular basis. thank you again for the video.
@@user-Void-Star 末法 began around 2000 years after Shākyamuni Buddha's parinirvana. There are variations in the text, but I'm not aware of any that say the dispensation will last for billions of years. 10,000 years seems to be the maximum. Maitreya will appear much, much later.
wherever there is religion of peace there no way for non-peaceful to exist as saying goes...if any religion different from peaceful religion then that must be wiped out and if there is similar religion to peaceful religion then there is no need of that religion to exist.
