    Man, Yash, this has got to be your best video yet. This is the first time I heard you mention A Course in Miracles. Your wisdom comes shining right through. The fact that the mind/body is temporary and the I AM is eternal, explains why we've heard forever that we don't exist, but many don't quite get it. Now they do thanks to you. Whatever is of God is forever, and anything else doesn't truly exist, or else it would be permanent. Your approach is so down to earth and you don't speak down to people, which is great. I feel people intuitively sense that you don't believe anyone is better than anyone else. I really appreciate you. Keep up the great work! ❤️

    Who I am in truth was never born and can never die and who I think I am doesn’t exist , or rather , a temporary wave 🌊 appearing and disappearing . Contemplating these things always makes me laugh . Although I don’t know these things fully experientially, I sure would love to find out . If God answered my prayer ( I have faith it’s happening )I shall find out . Nothing real is threatened, nothing unreal exists- I think often on what this truly means . ❤thanks for these videos they help and align with my current understanding . Years of spiritual teachings just to have a good laugh . I long for profound insights and shifts .

    sick video Yash. I'd like to you to elaborate more on the 'I am' during the deep sleep state and this state's relation to the waking state awareness.

  • @nezen777
    @nezen777 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hi Yosh, I'd like to hear you talk about sleep . Clearly there's something there.
    In sleep we forget this life and get it back in the morning, in death we forget all and when we are alive we can't remember death or imagine what happens when we die.
    When I'm here I can't remember a time when I wasn't . When I'm asleep I can't remember that I've been.

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      because sleep is happening in a different dimension of existence for the consciousness, and also it is without the normal software programs that are here when we are awake in daily life.
      But We are conditioned to think this waking dimension is more real. But really its all the same (u can say real or not real or both)-- waking state, dreaming state, after death state, etc. The formless universal Self is present and unchanging during all these states of existing. Its just the individual self isnt always aware of it.

    The human self is real, it’s just not permanent.
    Knowing that allows me to be patient with the down states, as they will pass and also to not get to attached to the higher states as they will also pass.
    Who is it that is aware of the ups and downs?
    And who looks for that who?
    Do you have specific techniques for that type of inquiry?
    Thanks

    For me ‘I do not exist’ means I do not stand out from the background as a separate, independent object. Existence means ‘to stand out’ exi- out stence-stand. The I am IS the background as it’s the fundamental ground of being, therefore the true and real I cannot exist- nor can anything else in absolute terms, since all forms refer their apparent reality from the only absolute reality which is I, consciousness.

    I'm struggling to really grasp the awareness of "I am" - I can clear my mind while meditating and when doing so I notice sensations I usually wouldn't, but this is only momentary. I've heard that I need to surrender or lean into this experience, but also that this is related to shadow work. Even while typing this I'm in a sort-of mindless state, just watching my hands type on the keyboard yet I have no sense that I don't exist. Sure my awareness is not bound to my actions but I still feel very attached, maybe even negative towards this sort of existence. It feels full of pain.

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      yes the human construct that the consciousness is animating exists (sensations-- positive and negative, etc) as much as the car that we are driving in the road exists (the car can run good or bad) depending...-- but at the same time these vehicles (human body and car) is not who we are ultimately.

    This is brilliant - thank you! Are we the Inner Body energy (changes all the time) or the Awareness (constant)? How can we experience God's love if the Now, the Oneness seem so idle for us who are not awakened?Thank you.🦋

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      we are always the awareness constant. Its just that the human VR construct isn't always aware of it or always tasting the fragrance from this awareness. But its ok.. The awareness is the awareness no matter what.

    I have a question for a possible video. I realize that all is me, whether a past, present, or future me. Every experience and interaction is a mirror of me. When randomly encountering another "me" who behaves in an unjustly upsetting way, often the knee jerk reaction is to get angry or offended at the interaction. It is within our control of how we "act" in response, yet the initial energy within might hold a negative position toward the other. How does one quickly dissolve or avoid negative feelings associated with perceived actions of others? Strangers throw me off the most for some reason. I could be having a great day and treating sometime kind, but when the opposite comes back at me, I get stuck in the mind analyzing what energy attracted that experience to me.

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      i wouldn't analyze that too much. Sometimes the analysis is good. But sometimes it throws us deeper into the mind because these causes and conditions of why we seem to attract certain energy, in many cases can be totally untraceable, because there are too many unknown and hidden factors that determine them.
      As far as having compassion and not being angry at acts of injustice-- prayer for that other being helps. It cuts away the ego and its projections and its idea of entitlements and fairness and such. Im not a christian (I enjoy all religions), but the bible verses are really good for that when Jesus talks of turning the other cheek, and if someone steals something then give them everything you have, etc. Obviously these aren't meant to be taken literally, but they do point to an infinite compassionate spiritual principle that if we try to align with then we will feel much more peaceful.

    • @Dawnofcreation
      @Dawnofcreation 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@spiritualrenaissance Thank you so much for your response. I was brought up in a Christian home so that resonates. I know Jesus was a great guru who learned to master these principles. Such a shame his message got lost in religion. You are right. True love seeks zero in return. Much love to you brother! I really connect with you. P.S. The whole semen retention thing is not just for dudes. It stores divine energy for women too. Not saying I won't ever be intimate again, but it will be an equally yoked partner of creative force when I AM. 😀

    Hi Yash, I think you need to be careful when you speak about meditating on " "I am" and see that you don't exist" because life means friction and the show must go on, but people can interpretate that as they need to do nothing in life, just "meditating" that they don't exist. They still need to work, hang out with friends, talk to family, spend time doing healthy activities etc. I think you should touch on that. It is important to realize that you are not the body, that will help to go through life easier, but that doesn't mean you stop to exist.

    • @spiritualrenaissance
      @spiritualrenaissance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Meditating on. The I Am is to go towards “That” within you which is aware of all your thoughts, sensations and perceptions. With practice, a “ current” will establish itself within you which is taking you “back” to the SELF. And when you take such a 1 step towards the SELF, the SELF takes 4 steps towards you, this current of love/ devotion is necessary to succeed in the practice, eventually the hard and fast knowledge that what I am is infinite limitless consciousness will be bestowed through the grace of the true inner guru.
