Workshop on Enhanced Project Delivery by NEC Collaboration and Good Practice

CEDD organized a NEC workshop in January 2024 with attendance of around 300 numbers of top levels of CEDD’s staff, consultants, contractors and subcontractors. The workshop aimed at enhancing project delivery by sharing good practices from successful projects and cultivating a strong sense of collaboration among project team players.
