vogoth goes last when you set up a team because when the enemy does aoe, they don't all get dmg at the same time, but in the order they are placed in positions... so it doesn't make sense for vogotoh to get the first dmg and heal immediately, and after him the others get dmg and not be healed
I'm currently using Curing set on my Vrask and my Rector. And I would use it on Vogoth (or any other healer I get in the future), if I had one on my account. It changed my healing game on many of my teams to another level and helped me progress in areas of the game I was struggling.
Great video, as usual, Skratch! I don't currently use the curing sets, because I haven't gotten to the point where my gear is good enough to get enough speed without using sets that give me a speed bonus (i.e. 12% or 5%, etc.). My main healers for dungeons are: Cardiel, Godseeker Aniri, Bad El, and Rhio Bonespear - with supplemental heals from champions that have leech on one of their skills. I finally pulled my first Rector so I'm in the process of leveling her up and gearing her, and I also just pulled my first Vogoth, so doing the same with him.
Vogoth is responsible for more healing than just the 140k. Him placing a leach debuff adds even more healing, Especilly to champs that do tons of damage.
I've been running a slow, high HP, Low DEF Curing set Vogoth for awhile and he does great. I kind of want to try a Godseeker in curing as well for Hydra.
Ppl who tossed their Curing gear prolly kicking themselves rn. Gonna give my Vogoth and Rector another look and see if any of my Curing gear could benefit. Been strugging with Bommal DT 50 Hard. Great analysis and showcase of champs as always.
I used vogoth with guardian. Vogoth becomes squishy as there will be more damage done to it. Immortal may be better unless the rest of team is super squishy
I've only played about a year. What'd I miss? I got Vogoth early on. He's still using regen and immortal. He's the tankiest healer I have. 98k HP, slow speed 170 (I always put him in the 5th spot, for better heals). He rarely dies. He soloed a couple Doom Tower normal bosses. He also helped me get to gold 5 Arena too. (I've since replaced him, in Arena, and Doom Tower.) Drex is a better provoker. Rector Drath was my 3rd Epic. Used her everywhere, (sometimes with Vogoth, or Apothecary). She's never been in a "good" set. 2x Immortal, and 1x Perception. I used her, in Arena until I got Scyl. Between the two of them, (and Apothecary) they made early progression much more easy for me.
Yes, more love for the curing set! I put one on Woad-Painted at least, I know I have more than 1 champ in it. ...now, if some day, maybe one day, I end up finally pulling Vogoth... I think I'm missing 4 pull-able epics... even got a couple copies of the login ones that I haven't gotten normally yet... but this Vogoth, argh! I hate him as much as I want one! Or two! haha! Thanks for the vid Skratch!
Just to not get confuse guys. According to Plarium, curing sets its not 20% plus more heal. It is added 20% to your base heal. Example, champion who heals 20% base heal add 20% then you get total 24%.
I am slowly getting pieces for Vogoth. Just picked up Rector so I will look into it. What about Godseeker?? I know Scyl in Relentless is best but not sure about Godseeker.
Excuse my grade school level math but i'm under the impression that curing set isn't as effective as hp% artifacts with rector drath 6 pcs Life artifact (3x15% hp) Hp: 20,000 W/Artifacts: 20,000+9000 = 29,000 A2: Healing (20% of Max Hp) = 5,800 4pcs Curing Set: Hp: 20,000 A2: 20% max hp + 20% bonus healing 4,000 + 800 = 4,800 And since the bonus healing doesnt apply with continuous healing, then this doesnt affect rector's passive. Please correct me if i'm wrong😅.
I had my rector originally built that way..then swapped her out...I now hv gear grinder and pain keeper in curing for the rare hp secret room and use to heal iron clad to beat that room
I've read that Ironclad, in a team with 1 or 2 Apothecary champions with 100% crit rate + >150% crit damage, does insane damage. It's something I want to try but haven't gotten around to it yet. 👍
She already has crazy heals and if her passive is wrecking her or stopping her from using her skills is a bit of a problem, so maybe immunity or something else on her
Hopefully this will help you build this champions a bit better and make you appreciate the Curing set a bit more!❤

I usually build my vogoth a bit slow since he counter attacks anyway with his passive unless you want to get a turn to land the provoke.
I was playing around with the idea of putting Vogoth in a Guardian set? think that would be a good set?
I used vogoth with guardian. Vogoth becomes squishy as there will be more damage done to it. Immortal may be better unless the rest of team is super squishy

Isn't it 20% of the heal its self and not a straight 20% increase?

I have my apothecary in a curing set and one of my Vogoths, too. I never thought about Rector; I am going to have to try it out.

Yes same like masteries and the books value for heal. thats how everything works
Using curing for vogoth, rector death, and gearing woad painted. Considering vrask , diom priest, and lugan
I am slowly getting pieces for Vogoth. Just picked up Rector so I will look into it. What about Godseeker?? I know Scyl in Relentless is best but not sure about Godseeker.
Godseeker in regen gear is the shit... She does major healing.. If I'm not mistaken I think Scratch did a vid on this as well..
You never showed the masteries for vogoth? I assume they're the same as rector drath?
I'm using Vogoth in a curing set my Rector is in Regen and immortal high resist build.
What about CB?
Excuse my grade school level math but i'm under the impression that curing set isn't as effective as hp% artifacts with rector drath
6 pcs Life artifact (3x15% hp)
Hp: 20,000
W/Artifacts: 20,000+9000 = 29,000
A2: Healing (20% of Max Hp) = 5,800
4pcs Curing Set:
Hp: 20,000
A2: 20% max hp + 20% bonus healing
4,000 + 800 = 4,800
And since the bonus healing doesnt apply with continuous healing, then this doesnt affect rector's passive.
Please correct me if i'm wrong😅.
ash covered this a while ago, but I like how you go into more detail of how to do it better.
If you have not noticed, the content creators rotate content. For instance, in the last couple of months, they all did a minotaur video.
i actually started using it because of ash's video. hadn't thought of using it on rector drath, though. that's a great idea.
I follow and subscribe to all of them, they deserve it and I’ve noticed even the “scam”videos made their rounds.
I use a curing set on Vrask (an epic orc, curing from crits, if I remember his English name incorrectly). Only on him.
I use on those a Miss painted now that she got a buff
I had my rector originally built that way..then swapped her out...I now hv gear grinder and pain keeper in curing for the rare hp secret room and use to heal iron clad to beat that room
I've read that Ironclad, in a team with 1 or 2 Apothecary champions with 100% crit rate + >150% crit damage, does insane damage. It's something I want to try but haven't gotten around to it yet. 👍
What about sly touch shaman?
She already has crazy heals and if her passive is wrecking her or stopping her from using her skills is a bit of a problem, so maybe immunity or something else on her
Curing set on woad painted is pretty fun, especially with ironclad
Isn't their a Woad build with curing?
Might be, not using her at all.
@@SkratchPlays I believe it's her with curing plus one or two Ironclads for large aoe in arena.
rector draft is definitely better in reflex then curing
I have Curing on my Rector Drath as well. No where near the stats you have though lol
I have Vogoth in a Bolster set with a self shield set with 60k HP.
I have a tag team arena team with both of them on the team, and Syl just for good measure.
Curing on Opardin Clanfather is OP
maybe sinesha is a good candidate also. since two of her main skills is healing.
Always binned curing sets wish I hadn’t now
using it on Achak :)
Bad el in reflex is massive healing.
Where is WOAD PAINTED? 😄👍
I have Truath built in one. Massive heals
I use it on Rector and Woad Painted
how come she wasnt bouncing every turn.
Curing on Siphi? Bad use but could be decent in PvE
Baron was here
Vogoth also has leech 😏
I want a Vogoth so bad!
i have 3
i just pulled him. He was my second epic from number 13 ancient
we outcha
So, 2x curing when?
I only have 1 piece in my account. Yeap, one.
You can see my acuont
dude , thats nothing compared to wythir tbh
Yeah but I wouldn't build Wythir in Curing, she is really off topic here though haha
Rector.....ughhh....like watching paint dry.
