To all the people saying Lee wins low difficulty, you'd be correct on a realistic/logical battle. However, these battles aren't meant for realism, they are meant to determine who would win based on their skills and traits that each character possesses. Of course realistically Lee would win in a heartbeat but based on Clementine's character traits/skills, she wins.
Lee still has better skills and traits, don't know where this comes from. Lee has far better feats even though both of them don't have very good feats. Besides that Lee is literally stated by the writers to be above a S4 Lilly and S2 Kenny.

Well clemetine was an 8 year old when evertyhing happened, and during the final season clemetine was just 16, and probably went the majority of her life without enough food considering its tje apocalypse.
Meanwhile lee is a 37 year old man in the prime of his life, probably 6ft+ and moat likely in the 200+ range, who in game has shown the proper fighting experince to take on tough and agile oppenta such as andy st john, molly and the stranger, a fully rested and seemingly fed man while infected and without an arm and heavy blood loss.
In general, even wirh good fighting skills Lee would beat her. Skills can do a lot but physically Lee has a huge edge with both his physical abilities, quick thinking and his past fighting experience. Even with weapons lee's shown himself capable and skilled wirh firearms

It’s surprising how little time Lee was in Clem’s life but as clearly impacted her in the long run.

It wasn’t three months. I think people are getting confused with the gap. Season 1 Episode 2 takes place three months AFTER episode one. Not the entire season.

I think this is perfect. Lee died teaching Clem fundamentals which she took and eventually used to grow into the survivor she is. He didn’t survive, but she lived on and part of his legacy runs in her, so it shouldn’t be any other way other than she ascended above him the longer she lived on

Clem has more experience in killing, fighting or whatever. Remember, Lee lived only for 3 months after the apocalypse while Clem for 5 years. Obv she is likely to win except Lee gets lucky as he is physically stronger but Clem's battle IQ might surpass

The thing is Lee died early on so we didn’t see how he would’ve handled certain situations. Also remember that depending on the player’s choice, he strangles the stranger to death with one hand. I believe that if he had lived, he would’ve been unstoppable.

The game did Lee dirty by killing him too fast! Usually Lee is careful and believe that he wouldn’t have actually gotten bitten that quick, buttt they had to kill him so Clem would develop and pull out heartstrings :(

Lee winning durability doesn't surprise me.
In the last chapter, if you miss any button check at the horde section FOR THE FIRST TIME, you get a second chance as lee will take a bite (I just remembered that if you keep the bitten arm he grabs a glass shard, squeezes his hand around it without a signal of feeling pain and then uses it to fight walkers).
Also, in the second chapter, he fights off Andy as he tries to push Lee into *"Testing"* the fence.
Heck, seconds later he punches the sh@$ out of him!
He can get walkers off of him with just a little bit of difficulty, and, in the first chapter, he holds a door to the drugstore thats being pushed by a horde of walkers, BY HIMSELF.
That's a lot right there, but have you forgotten he can actually cut his own arm off ALONE?

I always ignored this series.... Until a week ago, I watched the entirety of the 4 seasons in one week and seeing how Clem had grown into a warrior almost makes me proud for some reason
Telltale out did themselves amazingly and it's a shame they had to shut down because despite the fact that a lot of their choices have no effect on what happens next, it's needless to say that their story telling is beyond amazing

I like this one cause you actually explain your reasoning and even though the score is in clems favor the traits lee has makes it a high diff because those traits make lee very difficult for someone smaller then him specially even later on clem who's near full grown.
But given that clem survived because of lee teaching her how to adapt and learn in such an enviroment i feel like lee is the winner in that sense.
Combat should go to Lee,he won every fight he had without a weapon(senator,andy,kenny,molly, stranger) and clem was gonna lose against lilly without aj help + she played dirty against abel
Leader should go to clem,Lee is a good leader but most of his people died while clementine managed to save all her people and teach them how to fight against delta army

You have to understand that the s1 combat was NOT as difficult as s2 and the final, they definitely made it harder, but that makes clem a lot more stronger and overall more efficient, but that’s just because they put her into that with harder combat, not because Lee is weak or dumb.
Combat goes to Lee. He defeated an agile martial artist Molly and was able to k ill the person who wanted clem despite not having an arm. He also defeated Kenny in train depending on choice.
i really like that you explained why clem is better the thing that made clem better in this kind of world is the fact that she was still young and grew INTO IT lee didnt yes he knew things obviously but he had to hope those things would work him and clem are great planners(expect for near the end when he goes after the old people thinking they took clem despite knowing that clem was talking to somebody) its crazy he only spent 3 months with clem and they became so close in that time but i am glad ofc anyway thanks again and could you do more like this?

The fact that Lee took care of Clementine like his own, and she looked up at him as her new father figure in the dream that she had where she was with Lee she gave him one. Final hug she misses him. That’s why when Lily was about to shoot Clementine she wasn’t afraid because she knew she would get to see Lee and when she was at the barn with AJ and AJ was the one that had to defend off because Clementine couldn’t. She was OK with anything that happened because she would get to see again.
We not gonna talk about how Lee Survived almost getting electrocuted by electric barbed wire? Survives the sewers with a bunch of walkers in there. But clem did manage in Season 2, to fight off a dog that attacked her and Fight off the Zombie in the Shed in Episode 1. Lee Also can Fight through an entire hoard of walkers with a missing arm, clementine did fight off that Guy Chasing her in episode one too.
Clementine winning this means that Lee got what he wanted. His sacrifice wasn’t for nothing, he gave everything he had for Clementine, and she ended up being far more adept at survival that he was. That’s what he wanted- he wanted her to survive, to make it work in the end, and she did! She got a family, in the end, in a group that didn’t fall apart for once. She’s a champ and I think she deserves this victory. Lee, I imagine, would agree.
I’d say strength/ durability goes to Clem. She carried lee to the building after he passed out, got her leg CUT OFF while infected and made it back to camp, got exploded at face range and woke up, and survived 2 NASTY car crashes and woke up. Lee is strong but Clem onna nother level

I really wish more people mentioned Christa when talking about Clem. Yes, Lee taught her how to shoot and not to be afraid, but it’s implied that Christa taught Clem how to hunt and survive in the wild. They spent so much time together and yet they didn’t seem to emotionally connect a fraction of how Lee and Clem did. After her disappearance, Christa is practically never mentioned again and it’s such a shame

Strength/Ap/Combat/H2H combat/Meele combat/Gun duel-Lee can lift and throw walkers easily, and can rip trough a walker with his bare hands. He singlehandedly won against the bandits with just a rifle, and beat a martial artist, and Danny, who has an incredible level of ap, being able to kill Lee with 5 punches, plus many other h2h feats, that are obviously BETTER than Clementine beating a skinny old man with a missing arm. Clementine was even losing against Lily.
IQ/BIQ-Lee found Mark, and seems to know more about guns than Clementine, teaching her everything she knows.
Stealth/Speed-Clementine can sneak on the boat, and outrun Lily and Abel. Good feats, I must admit.
Agility-Lee can jump and climb buildings while bleeding 'cause of his missing arm.
Reaction/Reflexes-Lee can dodge bullets, and dodge Molly's attacks, even though she had the upper hand on him.
Durability/Endurance/Stamina-Lee can cut off his own arm, and walk trough a herd, getting bit multiple times, and taking a bullet, and still able to choke the stranger to death

Clem is still a child at the end of the series. We have no idea what she'd be capable of in her prime. I'd give it to her based off that alone.
Everything else can be argued if it's debatable but Tactician is definitely Lee. It only really looks like Clem because she's been doing it longer. But given everyone was new to the situation Lee did what he did during the beginning and made plans as he had to learn about walkers.

Imagine the power duo that Lee and S4 Clementine would have made! Such a shame Lee never got to see her like that, he would have been so proud of his daughter.
I kind of feel like the closest thing we got to that Clementine + Lee dynamic was with Kenny & Clementine in S2. Because Kenny doesn’t just see Clem as a scared little kid anymore, but as an ally that he can actually count on, and Clem finds a substitute to what she lost when Lee was gone: a fatherly figure.
To some degree we see the same thing with Javi & Clementine as well, except that Javi sees Clem as even more of an equal and an adult, and Clem sees him as more of a big brother than a father or uncle.
Endurance goes to Lee since he had his arm cut off as well and could still overpower the stranger.
I would agree but there is definitely an argument that the only reason she is successful in the appocolapse is because of the rules Lee made for her to follow. I am very biased though because Lee is my favorite video game character of all time
Clem was a product of her environment, she had the (unlucky) benefit of growing up in the zombie apocalypse. AJ will be a completely different beast, assuming if we see a grown-up him in a future game.
