White Brinjal 1/4 Kg
Chopped Onion 2

Grated Coconut 4 tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves 1/4 cup
Green peas 3 tbsp
Cooking Oil 50 ml
Byadgi Chilli 15 nos
Chopped Tomato 2
Elaichi 4
Star masala 2
Clove 4
Elaichi 1,Star masala 1, Clove 2,Cinnamon little , Cinnamon little, Stone flower little
Garlic 1
Ginger 1 inch
Asafoetida little
Coriander seeds 1tbsp
Sombu seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder little
Salt to taste
