Great! I bought a blindhemmer online, it does'nt have the skipstitch but it is cheap, heavy, though small (175euro free shipping took 2 months). Did my curtans easy! So much fun making those yourself without having to pay and wait for someone else:) Thank you for the profi-vid, very nice!
@@AmeliaJEA I do, on both my sewingmachine brands (singer and husqvarna), yet a sewingmachine blindhem is actually a 2 thread zigzag and takes ages going through long lenghts.
Thank you for your videos, I love them. Have you ever had to hem a skirt like this that had edgestich topstiching on every pleat? Eeks! What would you do?
so -- you actually didn't have to unpick the original hem? I've just realized I should have watched this video (as you say, "alone, in front of the iron, like a normal person" 😆) to the end first
Great video!! Thank you for your instruction and confidence. I was surprised you left all the fabric in the hem. Would you do that same technique with a pleated midi wool skirt for an older person?
Great question; No definitely not, we are strictly leaving in this amount of fabric because the alteration is for a child that will grow (and maybe very quickly!) otherwise we’d cut down to at most 2 inch maybe less.
hello very nice lady tailor yes I did see watch your industrial sewing machine video tutorial can you please kindly film a video tutorial for the industrial blind heam sewing machine?please kindly let me know ok?thank you very much and have a beautiful day 😊
I have 3 granddaughters, so hemming school skirts consume each August for me! Good video!!!!
I dont have any children that use school uniforms but I do love watching your videos you give them a fun funny side I love it
I don’t sew, but look forward to these videos
Last week I did one for a client, believe me I was amazed by my work.
Thank you so much for sharing. This was extremely helpful.
Hi. Your arm pressing board is substantial. Who manufactures it or where can I buy one? Thanks.
Great info on kilts! Thanks for the videos!
Great technique, but easier if we kept the original trimming. Thank you !!! You're a great teacher and appreciate all your videos. ❤
