My beloved hubby was a trucker for 20 years of our marriage. My children were gone and I was alone LOTS!!! My hubby has home on the weekends. One day, I was in the kitchen alone and I honestly didn't know what I was doing and he came up in back of me, wrapped his arms around me and asked who I was talking to. I said that I wasn't. It didn't take long for me to realize that I was talking to myself. While shopping I even strike up conversations with ppl I don't even know. My oldest Grand daughter pointed that one out to me. I LOVE to talk to ppl I know or don't know. It hurts no one. I wish I was your neighbor. We could talk and cook the day away.

I watched the first video where you made this "tiktok pasta" and made it because of you for last year's xmas dinner. I've been making it ever since. I don't even bake mine though...just put a spoonful of sauce on top of the alfredo spaghetti (or penne or rigatoni)...so delicious.

I feel ya Lady!! My hubby has acid reflux, so I add a bit of sugar to cut the acid in the tomato sauce. If you want a thicker pasta noodle, you might like Bucatelli. It's a thick spaghetti noodle w/ a hole in the center. It's on my list to try, but I haven't seen it in my area. We've become fans of fettuccini noodles as our go to pasta shape.

That dish is soooo delicious, it’s a perfect balance of creamy and tangy with the marinara sauce and then the cheesy crispy top. I made it a few months ago and blended some cottage cheese into the creamy/cheese sauce for protein punch, so so good! 😝😋💗
