Hi where are the gardens 🌿? Villas always have a garden 2x the size of the house, in Europa & China. Villas are different from Apartments❗️ All Borey in Cambodia should respect the use of : - windows ➡️ natural light, fresh air, good living & green energy ; - garden ➡️ good ventilation from the bottom & grow fruits-vegetables-aromatic herbs ; - individual home ➡️ even if shapes and sizes are the same, they need different colors on their walls. In Cambodia, people always loved colorful houses and temples ; especially as it is a sunny country. I don't know where this idea of « European houses » that the Cambodian Boreys have comes from, but in : - France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Monaco & China ; they love the colorful houses and their different cultures in their modern architectures. The neighbors' houses are always built on the left and right sides of our house, never on the back of our house which must be a garden ♻️.
"Must?" Is there a law for that lol. You need to be more open-minded. In America, you could have back or side neighbors. Some villas don't even have much of a backyard, especially in subdivisions.
