Know that there really is no correct answer. Be creative.
You will be judged on how you handle failure.
Sample Answer:
“I am a kind of person who believes in myself and doing the best in any undertaking. So when I came here for the interview this morning, I truly believed I have what it takes to become a cabin crew. I prepared myself a 100% for this day and I have made sure I have the skills, the experience, and the right character that will best fit this job. So I honestly cannot tell you why you should not hire me right now because I am a true believer of myself and I am confident that I can do this job. If you will give me this chance, I would like to tell you why I am fit for this job instead.”

Thank you very much for this video! Actually just wanted to share with my experience with the same question I had (actually Ive experienced this in Starbucks phil group interview rather than in Airlines. But, Im also an Cabin Crew Aspirant)
The story goes.... When the interviewer asked me "why should we not hire you?" I was really dumbdfounded because it is very unusual question. At the back of my head while smiling "maybe they are trying to reverse psych me so... I will answer with my weaknesses (or opportunities) and then topp it with how I will handle it"
My answer as verbatim
"Maybe because of my time in work. Since I will be joining to your team as part time barista and currently working as customer service officer in the hospital, my time will be very indefinite because of unexpected rush of patients or the need to attend patient complaint. What I need to do since this is also an opporunity for me to improve is time management. And, I can ask my colleague if she or he can cover for my time so I can go for my part time job."
Well... the interviewer was nodding. Never heard saw her face with grimace or dissatisfied with my answer. But.... my heart was really pounding hard. Imagine all of my co-applicants was looking at me and I WAS THE ONLY who was asked with that question! Hahaha
In the end, I passed the interview so maybe.... my answer somehow was acceptable? I think?

Sabi ng speaker ng seminar ng napuntahan ko, pag ganyang question daw wag mag sasabi ng amount. Dapat "how much do you offer" mga ganun
