About DOOMDADA.... **TOP also created this song because he felt that he needed to introduce his unique music to other people.....In the MV it's full of meaning from lighting and every scene even every thing there..... TOP decides all the scenes in this MV...Because TOP is an art collector and observer even has been recognized by the South Korean government
Fun facts: TOP stopped performing "Act Like Nothing's Wrong" due to the respect for his ex-girlfriend's marriage. This song is about her. Though fans really wanted to hear this live again so he performed this live during 0 to 10 concert behind the stage and only had the screen playing on stage (this screen design caused quite some controversies because of another group, you can look it up). TOP uses a lot of figurative lyrics, art vocabulary, and wine names so sometimes it is very hard to understand his lyrics, especially when translating it to English. His outfit in Doom Dada live stage IS A PAINTING from Piet Mondrian. TOP is obsessed with art so the more you know about art, the more you will realize how much art he puts on his work. I attended MADE concert where TOP performed Doom Dada live and I'm telling you goosebumps don't lie. I never screamed so much in my life
I remember back then on a reality show ‘he’ TOP asked fans personally in TV to respect her ex privacy. He so love her but they have to separate ways. 🥺 this was the woman who loves him when he was not on his peak physical form and success.

Thank you. I needed something to cheer me up so badly after all the trauma this week. I saw this and immediately watched. 1. "I'm T.O.P. I do what I want." This is the most important thing to know about him. 2. Act Like Nothing's Wrong was written about his ex-girlfriend, so it is a true story. 3. Turn it Up was a clap back song directed at MC Mong whose nickname was Monkey. So that's why the monkey. MC Mong pulled out his teeth to avoid going into the military, so that's why the teeth pulling moment is there. 4. T.O.P is a Scorpio, so there's a strong current of sexuality running through most of his lyrics/mvs. 5. T.O.P's great-uncle is the most famous abstract artist from Korea, Kim Whanki. His family is mostly made up of artists. T.O.P is also one of the most significant art collectors in Asia, so you're always going to get a lot of art references in his songs/mvs. "Rap Basquiat" refers to the famous African-American Neo-Expressionist artist, Jean-Michel Basquiat. 6. The outfit in Doom Dada live was based on the work of Piet Mondrian, another famous abstract artist. 7. Doom Dada has so many references that essays have been written about the meanings! They would say it was Planet of the Apes, etc. The Evolutionary Chart up the hill: I think he's saying he's the head of the evolution of rap. T.O.P was quoted as saying, "I wanted to make a unique video that looks like a cult movie with some fun elements." But also know that there are several different versions with different lyrics. (The ones you were looking at had some mistakes.) Like GD, T.O.P loves wordplay and there are a lot of Korean puns and colloquialisms that aren't really translatable. But my opinion is that like "Turn it Up", this is a diss track, informing the other rappers out there that he is the God of Rap, "the Rap Basquiat", and he will make listeners go crazy like "a clear pinot noir"......what other rapper raps about Basquiat and Pinot Noir??!! ALSO, he's a wine connoisseur so a lot of wine references. The video also includes a horse painted like a zebra, a Zoetrope machine (in reference to the fact that .TO.P has acted in several movies and won 2 acting awards), a portion of his massive collection of chairs which he's obsessed with, a Salvador Dali red mustache, AND a fast rap that is only .05 seconds slower than Eminem in "Rap God". So, you know, T.O.P covers all the bases! LOL Thank you so much for this reaction, you have no idea how much I needed it.

Doom Dada's music video seems ridiculous at first glance but it actual holds A LOT of imagery because he's an intelligent man of art. For example, the motorcycle scenes are actually really clever ways to portray a diss about other rappers compared to him. While he could lead the industry with ease and goof around, the others were like children who wanted a chance to drive. Even when they were given the wheel, TOP's hand is still steering and leading the industry despite him relaxing on the side. It shows that TOP needed zero effort to lead the industry during that part of their career. The confidence and unique artistry within that man is just captivating. TBH he still holds a really tight grip on the industry even after 5 years of a hiatus. Everyone's reactions to seeing him in "Still Life" is proof of that. You'll also find that their live stages are THE BEST in kpop. Their stage presence is no joke and literally TOP has rapped that ending part of "Doom Dada" faster than the backing track before. Once you start watching their live stages, concerts, and documentaries... your expectations of other stages from groups will be so high.
true..the end...coz bigbang introduced me to kpop, my standard of live performance sooo high that i still cant find idol live that match to bigbang live..something diff, something bold and new but still refreshing n relateable..
As others have mentioned, T.O.P is really into art and he is known for his collections of paintings and artsy chairs and furniture. "Doom Dada" is all about the art movement called dadaism, which was a movement that started during WWI where artists rejected logic, reason and the aesthetic of modern capitalist society -- hence why you see the depictions of evolution and the angry baby, etc. in T.O.P.'s MV. The art movement spanned visual, literary and sound media, including collage, sound poetry, word collages, and sculpture, which is everything you saw and heard within "Doom Dada." (Yes, even the suit he wore in the live performance of "Doom Dada" is designed using the image of a famous painting.) Dadaist artists expressed their discontent toward violence, war, and nationalism, and were connected with nonconformist radical political thinking and parties. Although "Doom Dada" seems crazy, if you understand the concept behind the song and images, you see that the message is actually very deep and T.O.P is making a cultural and political statement. In order to really understand most of T.O.P.'s songs and MVs you have to be pretty well versed in the art scene, because a large majority of his lyrics, images and metaphors have to do with art.

Seungri : - Strong Baby (MV + Live MADE Tour) - Let's Talk About Love (2015 MADE in Seoul live is crazy) - 1,2,3 - Where R U From ft. Mino WINNER - Gotta Talk To U Don't worry, we love long video reaction. So don't ever think that you're wasting our time with a long reaction. We love ittt.
T.O.P wrote Act Like Nothing's Wrong after a breakup when he was a trainee. Apparently the girl wanted him to choose between her and his career, because trainig was taking too much of his time so he chose his career but it hurt him deeply. He stopped performing that song to respect the girl's wishes. There's another great song that he wrote and I consider it's very underappreciated, it's called A Good Man (it's from 2009 or something like that) and the whole group performs it; maybe you can check it out at some point, you can find a version of it with subtitles from their Love and Hope Tour.
t.o.p is the most "rare" but top is a lover of art and chairs, he is a fan of salvador Dalí, which we see in his videos many references, he has dedicated himself more to acting individually, he has dramas and movies that make you cry top is an excellent rapper also a great actor soon he said he would have his individual album it is also said that he recorded something also as an actor so I am very excited to see what he will bring in what he loves ❤️
28:43 yes his outfit is Mondrian painting. TOP really appreciates art, especially painting and furniture. TOP's great grandfather is one of the legendary artists in Korea
14:01 Bingu means dumb. TOP acknowledged, the nickname appeared because of his personality. He is someone who can change in an instant. serious at first but hilarious after
People have written dissertations trying to interpret Doom Dada MV, hahaha! Yup, TOP loves to educate VIPs about Art via his insta, mvs and lyrics. Some references in Doom DAda include 2001 Space Odyssey (you are right!), Blair Witch project (walking through the woods). The opening scene is a reference to a famous korean movie called Nom Nom Nom. Then the Salvadore Dali moustache. The running skeletons are an early form of animation called a zoetrope. The painting of a deer is by a famous korean painter Kim Whanki who is related to TOP. Hence the copyright Whanki Foundation on the MV. And of course, featuring TOP's own chair collection.
@@hahaannare I just googled Doom Dada Analysis and read everyone's analysis. Also Eatyourkimchi did a very good analysis and awarded it their Most Bizarre Video award Search on youtube "The 2013 Eatyourkimchi Awards - Part 1", go to the 5:23 min mark. The opening sequence is from the korean movie The Good, The Bad and the Weird. Its on netflix. TOP dressed like the hero in the movie and the side-car is also from this movie. Remember TOP is a theatre studies major.
I think u will know that Big Bang's live stages are on another LEVEL. The vibe, the charisma and the stage presence from them is on TOP. Highly recommend the stage "Hallelujah" of GD, TOP and Taeyang, that is wild as hell. By the way, i really love to see your reaction, i mean, your reaction is real and honest and not too overreact. Thanks so much to react to Big Bang and Treasure
TOP is my first/ult bias in kpop, i’ve been a fan of him since 2012. I love how he creates his own standards and doesnt really follow the trends. His mind is creative and unique. He is also an art collector , model and actor. He is so versatile and always excel. He is art. He really gave a justification to his stage name T.O.P.
TOP is the most artistry musician in KPop. We could see from his MVs, rap flows, performances, stages and definitely from his outfit. He loves art so so much and you are right his suit was adapted from Piet Mondrian painting. Love him so much ❤ You definitely need to watch, Bigbang Concert. They are super amazing and I am sure you gonna love it.
The suit that T.O.P wears is based on a work by a well-known artist Tom Sach who is his close friend, who gave him that work as a gift. His apartment is an Art Gallery literally speaking, in case you don't know T.O.P is a notable Art Curator and houses like SOTHEBY AND CHRISTIE call him for auctions. He is also a great wine lover, he is an exceptional taster, and he has his own vineyard in France and his first harvest has already come out, his brand is called L Spot. For reasons like these, VIP takes them as examples to follow, they are simple, they are not perfect, but they are always in search of achieving their dreams, and they encourage us to do the same, to fight for our dreams.
Top doesn't have many solo songs but once he performed on stage, he left big impact to the crowd, his stage presence sooo massive...like he just need to stand still without doing anything but the aura n charisma are scary
It's always highly amusing seeing someone watch Doom Dada for the first time, and you didn't disappoint, predictably speechless at the end, haha. Turn It Up is my favourite Top. Absolute class. And then when you get him singing, and that harmonica, it's a whole other story. Yes, it was a good thing you watched them in that order. At least Turn It Up prepared you a bit for Doom Dada, and saved some of your sanity!! Bingu is one of his nicknames. The more you see of him, the more you'll realise how fitting it is.
Haha I knew that your reaction to T.O.P's work was going to be a trip (haha especially doom dada). He is something else...a 4d type of something else lol.
BIGBANG always performs Band MR. So, if you watch a concert live, you can enjoy the song with a different feeling from the sound source. Maybe you would know when you saw "If you" live. The BB concert band is a band called Band Six. They have been performing with Big Bang since about 2012. Now, they perform with Blackpink.
Top has such an amazing stage presence, he is my favourite performer. He can do nothing, stand completely stil and then when he takes his sunglasses off the crowd goes wild.
TOP is brilliant! Top is all about art, his Great Grandfather was Kim Hwan Ki a celebrated artist. TOP featured his art in the video. The abstract outfit he wore is from an art piece of KHK who TOP looks like. You mentioned heard the name Basquiat in the earlier song. He was referring to American Jean-Michel Basquiat neo-impressionist artist wildly respected . So- Top is Basquiat with a mic.
In my opinion, TOP is underrated, he is just a genius! So complex and simple at the same time. He's so handsome, kind, funny, maybe weird, but all of that makes him the artist and the person he is. He is also a great songwriter, and amazing actor, and an astonishing singer with that awesome tone of voice he has. He's the full package!. He truly deserves recognition. I can't wait to hear his own music, HIS album, finally!!!! RJ, again thank you so much for this! I reaaaaallyyyy loved your reaction to TOP. Hugs from 🇲🇽🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
there's an Act Like Nothing Happened live version that's my favorite and made me love T.O.P and BIGBANG. It was more aggressive and intense, you can really feel the emotion on that one
Seriously though this channel should be shared with everyone. Rj out here in EVERY SINGLE VIDEO showing the respect to these artists by not pausing, not talking, not clout chasing, not overreacting jumping up, walking out, coming back in as if it's some show.
One of my favorite things in all of YT is seeing people watch/react to Doom Dada for the first time. it never gets old. Congrats on joining the club of "I have no clue what to do with what I just watched" 😂😂 T.O.P is so unique. He's like no other
T.O.P was an underground rapper turned idol and GD was in the ent. industry since he was 6. When they debuted people were so harsh on them especially criticising their looks rather than their music. The result is most of GD and TOP songs are clap back on them showing their confidence on their works and art. I don't understand their MVs and lyrics though. But I always feel that confidence and self love in their songs.
Electric guitar played by Justin “Guitar Slayer” Lyons, from The Band Six who always tours with BigBang. There’s a video here on TH-cam that the band put of rehearsing this song behind the scenes. Their band is so talented and cool. The suit he’s wearing is definitely an art piece named after the artist who painted it called Mondrian. In the Doom Dada lyrics he reference being the rap Basquiat. Basquiat is a famous painter whose painting sold for millions. TOP is a world renowned art collector and he’s curated exhibitions for Sotheby’s.
TOP is an actor. You may want to check out his movie Commitment on Netflix. Its a spy movie. Another movie is Tazza The Hidden Card which is about gambling and swindlers. It is what Zutter MV is loosely based on. I like Tazza cos TOP really showed his acting range here.
*For the next episode after Daesung's, while Seungri isn't in BigBang anymore I'd still recommend checking out some of his discography. His music is also shows a unique flavour, different from BigBang and the rest of the members.✨* • Good Luck To You by Seungri • Alone by Seungri • 1, 2, 3 by Seungri • Mollado by Seungri (feat. B.I💕) *Are some of my favorites that are worth checking out!* ♥
Bingu means dumb in korean. One of T.O.P's nicknames is Bingu T.O.P because he is a jokester, he is always playing silly jokes with the members and crew. The outfit he is wearing for Doom Da Da Live is based on a Piet Mondrian painting, that's why it seemed familiar to you. T.O.P is a huge art lover and collector, that's why he always references art in his lyrics one way or another, and that outfit was an extension of that love.
The painting from T.O.P Doom dada performance was made by the artist Mondrian. T.O.P also made a reference to Basquiat another modern artist, in his lyrics. He's known for being interested in contemporary art and for collecting artworks.
The painting you recognized is an art movement called the de stijl movement (or neoplasticism), which aimed to modernise and simplify art by focusing heavily on geometric shapes/lines and using only primary colors. It was founded by an artist called Piet Mondrian who you may have heard of.
TOP is the quirky element of Bigbang and tbh he adds so much color to the group!! His peculiar taste and GD’s coolness on top of their god-tier rap also make GD&TOP so good tbh.
18:48 Iove seeing your confused face hahaha😅 did I forget to mention that TOP is the most random and weird person in Bigbang. we're already used to it.
"SOS" hahahaha..sorry RJ i cant help but laugh by watched ur reaction..yeah T.O.P is a unique and spicy man..n yeah the baby thing still creepy to me too..but i love Choi Seunghyun, he's just one of a kind..the first idol (with their ost song in Iris) n actor (act in kdrama 'Iris') that introduce me to kpop (bigbang of course) n kdrama...
They used act like nothings wrong in a movie that starred t.o.p. and seungri, called 17, its good. Doom da da, at the time alot of kpop groups started to have rappers similar to him and still this is the pattern today (deep voiced etc.) He wasn't happy cause they never credited him and he felt he was better, thats why so many flows -it was a flex. this was the song that he reintroduced the Original to kpop. When you look at the lyrics that's why he says some of what he says... and the clothes... Mandrian a famous painting. Top has an artist pedigree, he's heavily into the art world and has curated a Sotheby's event in korea...the first and youngest ever to do this. He also owns millions of dollars worth of paintings, his uncle was a super famous artist in korea, so paintings and references to paintings are throughout his projects.
TOP will just stand on stage and do nothing for 10 minutes and you've got a whole performance! I feel this about Bigbang generally but TOP's aura is just too strong he doesn't need to do anything! He's not my bias so I am in no way speaking out of bias.
Agreee....he's not my bias too but i cannot deny that he has such a massive presence, everyone will glue to him once he's on stage or even when he's just walking around on street 😂
Iol, Iwas never into Doom Dada, but somehow after your reaction I suddenly started to like it haha, I cant believe it. Also thanks to all descriptions below on artistic explanation of that song 😃
TOP is a man of the arts and I think it is reflected in his solo works.. BIGBANG songs, the members' solos especially TOP's and GD's tend to have a lot of references they're almost never straightforward so its extremely difficult to translate in English and I have encountered some people who think its nonsense.. but their songs are never that. their songs usually have korean expressions or terms that can't be properly translated unless you have a deep understanding of the language..
BigBang is legendary live. As soloists, or together, they're insane! And THANK YOU for noticing 2001 Space Odissey! I'm exhausted of people saying Planet of the Apes 😅
Definitely recommend spending some time with his lyrics-both he and G Dragon, especially as they learned more English, started making really wild puns that played back and forth, with translation. There’s a lot of really out-there references, to art and film. He’s one of my favorite rappers, honestly.
I was extremly happy I saw this song live first 😅 . I was new to kpop , totaly not ready for TOP and that baby would creep me out, leave me traumatised for life . Was still creepy , I saw the MAMA stage , but not like the MV 😐
This song was originally created to show his love for 90's hip hop and style. Particularly Biggie Small (one of his favorite artists). Turn it up was kind of a diss made towards another Korean rapper who tried to skip the mandatory military service. Doom Dada was a nod to Dadaism and all of the artistic aspects during that movement.
it's the first time i've seen/heard 'act like nothings wrong' eventhough i've been a long time Bigbang fan (should i ashamed?) but this was absolutely captivating! damn those lyrics and his stage presence whoa he was literally just standing there but it broke me lol
TOP an art addict. His life revolves around it. He comes from a family who are painters. Some art students enjoy the reference. But if your not that knowledgeable on art like the rest of us its a bit difficult to understand lol
Because he applauded the band, i feel i need to give BB's live band some love as well. Their live band during the concert is predominantly black, they have toured with them (as far as I know) for three of their concerts. I think they also toured with GD? Not sure tho. I also love the love they seem to have behind the scene.
= TOP!!!
Yes Its mondrian, One of TOP art collection. And the Doom dada video full of art. Btw, if you have free time, i think it would be great if you try to watch TOP movie. He's also a good actor, and has many good film (commitment, Tazza, out of control, iris etc). TOP voice also very good when he sing, you must listen "Hay Haruka", he also a male actor there.
THE MAIN DANCER of BIGBANG HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAAH - because people don't need to comply to choreographies - he is up another level in grooving and executing HAHAHHA
Some of T.O.P’s other solos like “Oh Mom” and “Of All Days” can be found in the GD&TOP Vol. 1 album. He experimented a lot with those songs, using elements such as rock and electronic music. T.O.P also composed for Bigbang and you can really tell it’s his song, because it sounds different from GD’s. My favorite is “A Good Man”
About DOOMDADA.... **TOP also created this song because he felt that he needed to introduce his unique music to other people.....In the MV it's full of meaning from lighting and every scene even every thing there..... @@alix758 another group copied TOP, and that group’s fans get vicious about it and hate BB
I cried every time hearing acting like nothings wrong
How am I consider myself a fan when I didn't even know that TOP can play harmonica and about this story :(((

To paraphrase TOP, "Working out is for health, not for showing off. " 🙂

Turn it Up wasn't a diss towards MC Mong. It was released before MC Mong's scandal.

A good man is one of all time favorite! Wish TOP will write more for group 🥲
@@anliqw Mine too! And I agree, he should write more songs for the group.
@@anliqw .sure, TOP was write all of BiGBaNG s songs on his rapp parts....
@@haryzzulmy8698 we all know this....
What we mean is "A good man" was fully written (except GD rap verse for sure) and produced by him.
I love A good Man, it's one of my all time favorite!! You should check it out !
t.o.p is the most "rare" but top is a lover of art and chairs, he is a fan of salvador Dalí, which we see in his videos many references, he has dedicated himself more to acting individually, he has dramas and movies that make you cry top is an excellent rapper also a great actor soon he said he would have his individual album it is also said that he recorded something also as an actor so I am very excited to see what he will bring in what he loves ❤️
28:43 yes his outfit is Mondrian painting.
TOP really appreciates art, especially painting and furniture. TOP's great grandfather is one of the legendary artists in Korea
Great uncle*
A bit late but where could I find those documents? I am actually very interested in that haha
@@hahaannare This is very strange. I wrote a reply but it didn't save! Let me try again
@@doriangray3116 Thank you very much, this is super helpful! Also TH-cam is a bit weird with replies sometimes.
Love him so much ❤
You definitely need to watch, Bigbang Concert.
TOP = king of extraness. lol
YG artists have such strong presence, they're able to command the stage just by standing still.
You are killing me! You heard DOOM DA DA 3 times in a row and it wasn't enough. This is why BIGBANG are all kings. Too much is never enough. 😁
T.O.P is the always my South Korean rapper insane bias.. from (BIGBANG group)can't compare 👍✌️
T. O. P. is such a very unique person that it reflects in everything he does.
Hugs from 🇲🇽🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
The man just stands there and the crowd goes wild..the power of T.O.P..🕴
there's an Act Like Nothing Happened live version that's my favorite and made me love T.O.P and BIGBANG. It was more aggressive and intense, you can really feel the emotion on that one
T.O.P. Is the KPop Jay-Z. The GOAT. No one is like him. He’s so far ahead of everyone else. Love this man.
Seriously though this channel should be shared with everyone. Rj out here in EVERY SINGLE VIDEO showing the respect to these artists by not pausing, not talking, not clout chasing, not overreacting jumping up, walking out, coming back in as if it's some show.
💙🤗
T.O.P. is Legendary, Multi-Talented, Extremely Epic, a King in his own right. 💜
thats why you have to watch their live.. bigbang and their member in stage is epic
One of my favorite things in all of YT is seeing people watch/react to Doom Dada for the first time. it never gets old. Congrats on joining the club of "I have no clue what to do with what I just watched" 😂😂
T.O.P is so unique.
TOP alone can take your breath away.
Imagine what 5 of them together can do.
Writing this comment in grave.
🤣🤣🤣
Everything with live band in Bigbang' concerts changed everything into the whole next level
T.O.P and art are almost synonymous! ❤️
The best rapper.. We never claim, korean does💛
I just want to say that, despite loving all these songs, for me Oh Mom is T.O.P.'s best song, it made me cry constantly as a 13 year old
T.O.P is such and intense weirdo and we love him for it. He is truly such a strange and unique human.
T.O.P. is still TOP with these Iconic LIVES! He's an Actor too, check his Film: 71 Into the Fire and K-Drama: Iris 💜💜💜💜
TOP is an actor. You may want to check out his movie Commitment on Netflix. Its a spy movie. Another movie is Tazza The Hidden Card which is about gambling and swindlers. It is what Zutter MV is loosely based on. I like Tazza cos TOP really showed his acting range here.
I love TAZZA the most. It’s one of the movies I’ll probably never forget not because it’s TOP but bcuz the movie is really really good
Big Bang are Kings out of this planet
I saw Doom dada live on their Made tour. It was amazing. Two concerts and it was just as good.
TOP is like a rare gem in kpop, until now no one can beat the way he raps..its just so different but 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
*For the next episode after Daesung's, while Seungri isn't in BigBang anymore I'd still recommend checking out some of his discography. His music is also shows a unique flavour, different from BigBang and the rest of the members.✨*
• Good Luck To You by Seungri
• Alone by Seungri
• 1, 2, 3 by Seungri
• Mollado by Seungri (feat. B.I💕)
*Are some of my favorites that are worth checking out!* ♥
And 'let's talk about love' plsss 💛💛
@@iremkybs98 Yes!! I'll add it to my list~! ♥
TOP also have a big contribution in BIGBANG's music. Together with GD, both often working together when making Bigbang music and lyrics.
When it comes to T.O.P songs, you can't miss "Hi Haruka"
"to act like nothing is wrong" live performance made me into kpop more than 10 years ago ❤️ my first kpop song
TOP is the quirky element of Bigbang and tbh he adds so much color to the group!!
His peculiar taste and GD’s coolness on top of their god-tier rap also make GD&TOP so good tbh.
The outfit is inspired by the Mondrian painting. Everything, almost everything that T.O.P does has a touch of art.
TOP and BigBang are untouchable, that's how I wanted to put it.
18:48 Iove seeing your confused face hahaha😅
did I forget to mention that TOP is the most random and weird person in Bigbang. we're already used to it.
I really... Reaaaally miss them so much 😭
"SOS" hahahaha..sorry RJ i cant help but laugh by watched ur reaction..yeah T.O.P is a unique and spicy man..n yeah the baby thing still creepy to me too..but i love Choi Seunghyun, he's just one of a kind..the first idol (with their ost song in Iris) n actor (act in kdrama 'Iris') that introduce me to kpop (bigbang of course) n kdrama...
Big bang members is talented to the core
Love this one too! Thank you for checking in!
He is my bias and i’m on my knees because of his aura 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I wonder what i will feel if i meet him in person
Iol, Iwas never into Doom Dada, but somehow after your reaction I suddenly started to like it haha, I cant believe it. Also thanks to all descriptions below on artistic explanation of that song 😃
TOP is a man of the arts and I think it is reflected in his solo works..
BIGBANG songs, the members' solos especially TOP's and GD's tend to have a lot of references they're almost never straightforward so its extremely difficult to translate in English and I have encountered some people who think its nonsense.. but their songs are never that. their songs usually have korean expressions or terms that can't be properly translated unless you have a deep understanding of the language..
if you notice TOP showing off some of his precious furniture collections in Doom Dada's MV.
Congratulations 🎉 you discovered TOP! You’re right TOP is so fun to watch and you are so fun to watch too!!
There will never be another like TOP.
This is the exact reaction I have when I watch doom dada for the first time🤣
Same 🤣🤣😁
I was extremly happy I saw this song live first 😅 . I was new to kpop , totaly not ready for TOP and that baby would creep me out, leave me traumatised for life . Was still creepy , I saw the MAMA stage , but not like the MV 😐
Same 😂
Your react so genuine. Thx RJ for seeing Bigbang and solo more and more ^^
Doom DaDa live is crazy???? YG songs sound even better with live intruments during their concerts 🔥
Bigbang concert is one if the biggest crowd in history... And you can see how worldwide and supportive the VIPs is...
You should watch BIGBANG MAMA performances.
ISTG DOOM DADA IS STILL ONE OF THE BEST LIVE BIGBANG CONCERT STAGES EVER!
The best K-pop Rapper 👑
Finally...💛.Wuuuaahh...Why do I feel like crying ???
Thank RJ.daddy...
💛💛💛💛💛
Don't cry😍
As black top he's dope dude he's rapper so originally living legendary check out the other live performance t.o.p disico so dope
Him : what is that ?
Me : his uniqueness😂
The Doom Dada MV still haunts me, but I saw one video that explains all the imagery and hidden meanings in it.
it's the first time i've seen/heard 'act like nothings wrong' eventhough i've been a long time Bigbang fan (should i ashamed?) but this was absolutely captivating! damn those lyrics and his stage presence whoa he was literally just standing there but it broke me lol
You can tell he wrote and produce this song ..he made YG entertainment for sure
Deff check out TOP's doom dada from the 2013 mama's
yeap, my KINGS 👑
That's why he is my bias 😎
TOP an art addict. His life revolves around it. He comes from a family who are painters. Some art students enjoy the reference. But if your not that knowledgeable on art like the rest of us its a bit difficult to understand lol
Doom Dada is just pure awe and goosebumps
My heart is on palpitation......oh god ToP. Hope your well. Waiting for the release of new songs and T'spot 🍷wines.
Because he applauded the band, i feel i need to give BB's live band some love as well. Their live band during the concert is predominantly black, they have toured with them (as far as I know) for three of their concerts. I think they also toured with GD? Not sure tho. I also love the love they seem to have behind the scene.
Top is an art collector. He loves paintings so much 💛
My favorite is “A Good Man”
Top such a cool talented guy
