I had a method for this that got it in 1:08, though it got me shot to shit and involved a bit of luck. Nice run, I am definitely gonna have to try this method as it seems a bit safer compared to how I usually do it.

Nope. What happened with yours must have depend in some bug that got fixed in a later version.
I placed myself in the exact same position, with the exact same orientation, and aimed at the exact same point at the exact same time.
The guy didn't fly all over like in your video. He hit the rail and felt back.

I just tried it today and it does work, but you do need to change the orientation a bit. You need to aim the line launcher towards the enemy a little more to the right than he does in the video and he should go over the railing. Something did change though, you cannot use the same exact setup he does here. I am playing on Arkham Asylum on Steam not Return to Arkham btw.
