    It is unlikely that Vicki made a "likely story" about the snow and storm in Philadelphia, it all seems to have been true :))
    Thank you so much guys, it is always so fun to watch your classes!

      You're quite right Borka! That snow storm was real and we grabbed the opportunity to make a video. Jay didn't want to take the camera out because he was worried it would get wet so we shot it with him inside and me on the front door step. He stayed warm and I got cold and wet! Next time I'm writing a script where he goes out and I stay cosy. :-)

    • @SimpleEnglishVideos
      @SimpleEnglishVideos  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks Mike. When I was a child growing up in the UK, we used the old imperial system for most measurements, but we'd turned metric by the time I moved to the US, so it was a bit odd to change back. Miles were an easy one though because they are still commonly used in the UK. Traffic signs in the UK, for example, still show distances in miles.

      Hello Ashish! The snowfall was real. Philly had a LOT of snow last week.
