WRS Four Wheel Drive Club Organized their Annual Original Series Off-Road Expedition "No Turning Back" , this is the 6.0 Edition. Held in Ulu Bongawan Crocker Range Mountainy Area, Kg. Sirung Sumandak selected as location, multiple factors considered in choosing the place for this Super Hardcore Off-Road Expeditions, cold weather, beautiful view from Crocker Range, multiple easy to reach waterfalls, welcoming villagers, and of course the super extreme terrain to become NTB6.0 track for the Off-Road Expeditions.
The Event Officiated by Tuan Haji Yusoff Bin Minin,
Said that "Congratulation to the organizer of the event and the villagers who wanted to promote the beautiful place as a local destination"
Club President Mr. Thompson Teo
expressed "thanks to Tuan Haji Yusoff Bin Minin and the team, the villagers, and also to multiples club who supported this event from the beginning until the end. We are not here for 4x4 only, but also to promote the place to the public." He also stressed "we need to protect the place, no ones should leave their rubbish, all it has to bring out"
Almost 30 heavily modified Off-Road vehicles go in on the 17th JUN. but only half of it finished the track, this shows how difficult the track was. The last vehicle come out few days after the event finished, but nobody left behind unmonitored by the organizer. The heavy rains caused the track to be really muddy and slippery, plus lack of winching point, its really hard for the off-roaders to conquer the last sections of the track. Half of the participant are forced by this conditions to go out on the alternative ways due to breakdown or just unable to continue.
The ending point of this NTB 6.0 is still unknown to this moment, this is due to the situations that all participant faced and time factor, the event is halt at the last check point "Stumping Ground". Even so, most of the participant also feels the challenge of this round NTB.
Is this the end of No Turning Back 6.0?
