Beautiful Angie! FYI for anyone with stainless steel sinks to clean and remove scratches use 600-800 grit sandpaper and wet sand the sink. It will remove any staining and scratches and look brand new!

Then I sold it & moved from Michigan to California by myself, where I lived for 25 years. ( I was divorced for 18 years before I remarried, & those were the best years of my life)! That's an inspirational story you shared. After almost 25 years together my now Ex left 6 weeks before the 2020 lockdown. But I am living proof that GOD exists & that HE is as close as your breath to you, you need only to ask for HIS help! (Seek ME & you shall find ME)! And you will receive it in leaps & bounds. Oh my! I redesigned my kitchen and have a deep gray (almost black) rectangular drop in sink made of composite granite! The counters are a gray & white ripple pattern granite. I ordered a downsized sink to make more counter space, The back splash are the glass subway tiles like your bath shower. My cabinets are all the way to the ceiling & one wall I did plain glass inserts. It is a tiny jewel of a kitchen! Yours but mini!💕💕 love your taste, great home. 💕💕

Not boring at all. It’s actually one of the best tours I’ve seen. I do wish people wouldn’t edit going to the next room so I can get the lay out of the house. thank you so much for showing us your beautiful home! we just moved to a new state and bought a home that was build in 2002. when we did the walk through and it was filled with the owner's belongings, we didn't see all the deferred maintenance. what started out as just a new paint job and flooring turned into replacing hinges, lights, ceiling fans, bathroom counters, plantation shutters.... we are waiting for landscape as the trees that were here were way too big for the space (they were destroying the wall), i love your kitchen sink! i agree!!! stainless steel!! it is so hard to maintain stainless steel sinks! thank you for including where you purchased the sink and other items.

I never even considered a condo for that reason. They seemed as small as apartments. Had no idea you could get a large one like Angie's. I guess it depends on the state you live in.
That was great! Just finished reno'ing two bathrooms, a stairway and a bedroom. Now taking a breath before we start the master bath. I'm admiring your choices very much! I chose a budget friendly "upscale subdivision coastal" but the process of holding your breath until it all comes together is the same one! What a dramatic shift from your "century house". It must feel like a breath of fresh air.

What a great house! The views of the marsh are priceless. So peaceful. The new layout is much more functional for modern living. The color palette is very subdued and relaxing. I love all the tile, countertops, hardware and lighting you picked. I can tell you put a lot of thought into everything and it shows. I love that you gave so much detail on the little things. It was anything but boring. The black sink is awesome. Your master bath double sink vanity is every girl’s dream. Love the chevron floor and your roomy shower with that beautiful glass tile and accent tile. Oh and the fireplace tile is such a statement. It makes that room. Angie I just love the house! There were so many things in your lovely home that I got so excited about. My favorite room is the Master Bathroom. That should be in a magazine. Your rain light fixture over the table is so pretty and the table mimics the long lines of the light, as do the legs of the chair. They we well put together. The electrical strip on your kitchen island was genius. It is barely visible and includes lots of outlets. Love it. I also love the TV’s (haven’t seen that before) and your fireplace. Let’s not forget the porch. It is part of the flow. I said to myself, “I bet she gets up and just twirls around with a big smile on her face.” It’s a happy home! You did a great job.

I don't typically comment very often and I know this is going to be long so you probably will never see it but here goes. I think you have amazing talent with design. Seeing the before video of this home makes me realize how you have the ability to see beyond what is there. I've enjoyed your videos in the past but I'm part of a group of women who when I turned 40 I spent about 10 years doing this and that my face - filler and so forth. But when I hit 50 I embraced what is real and really did away with all of that. My heroes in beauty are the Actresses brave enough to age as they are. Kate Winslet comes to mind but there is so many others including Maggie smith. Anyway No judgment! I could change my mind at any point and I'm open to that. I only say that to say although I have enjoyed your videos thoroughly I really don't watch them very much because I'm just not into that scene. But I am so inspired by your beautiful new home. I grew up on the shoreline of Connecticut and 1 thing I remember about homes and Connecticut is how small the closets and bathrooms are. Once I moved to the Atlanta area where things are much bigger I fell in love with huge closets and bathrooms that had separate water closets. But you made everything in your home perfect and work wonderfully. I am mostly inspired by minimalism and Scandi design and the colors you have chosen work perfectly with that! My 86 year-old mom who is a firecracker lives on a salt marsh in Branford CT. Looking out your windows reminded me of her home. I thoroughly enjoyed this video I think you are talented in design although Your videos are always wonderfully professional and at the same time very approachable. Congratulations on your new home

Fun fact: I knew him before he won the Oregon Lottery (he was kind of a little weird) and dated him after he won the big $$$, he didn't change much, except *I then referred to him as a little eccentric* : D

The only thing I liked from the previous owner was the planter box. Too much white for me in that area now. Criticism over all the rest was so nicely done! I love all the tile choices especially. Personally, I only like to see the filming area of people s homes otherwise I feel like I am peering into their personal lives and it makes me feel uncomfortable. That said...I did watch.

So beautiful! I love it so much! I remodeled my 1999 detached townhouse at the beginning of 2019 and put in a black sink. I still love that thing!! I don't care if it's trendy - it's the smartest thing ever! Always looks great, hasn't aged a bit, and a bit of a scrub and rinse and it's perfect. I'm building a new house and I'm putting the same one in my new kitchen.

It’s hard to tell just from pic or someone saying here’s the kitchen. Here’s the bathroom. Those little details is what makes you stand out. No one is bored I guarantee it
thank you so much for showing us your beautiful home! we just moved to a new state and bought a home that was build in 2002. when we did the walk through and it was filled with the owner's belongings, we didn't see all the deferred maintenance. what started out as just a new paint job and flooring turned into replacing hinges, lights, ceiling fans, bathroom counters, plantation shutters.... we are waiting for landscape as the trees that were here were way too big for the space (they were destroying the wall), i love your kitchen sink! i agree!!! stainless steel!! it is so hard to maintain stainless steel sinks! thank you for including where you purchased the sink and other items.

White perimeter shaker cabinets and black island with subtle Quartz counters, and the same handles 😁. I can’t wait to see it done. I love yours, of course!

Fabulous choices on finishes! I’ve never seen a condo that big! Here on west coast, most condos are smaller with a small balcony and you are right next to other people. You seem to have a lot of privacy. Thanks for sharing!
I never even considered a condo for that reason. They seemed as small as apartments. Had no idea you could get a large one like Angie's. I guess it depends on the state you live in.
What she has would be called a house in my area. I guess it’s called a condo in her state because of the HOA fees and amenities.
That was great! Just finished reno'ing two bathrooms, a stairway and a bedroom. Now taking a breath before we start the master bath. I'm admiring your choices very much! I chose a budget friendly "upscale subdivision coastal" but the process of holding your breath until it all comes together is the same one! What a dramatic shift from your "century house". It must feel like a breath of fresh air.

Wow- stunning- you've almost got me loving contemporary/ modern! I do love lots of light but i feel more cozy with old, dark wood stuff, warm- coloured lamps, ethnic throws and quirky, junk shop pieces. x

What a great house! The views of the marsh are priceless. So peaceful. The new layout is much more functional for modern living. The color palette is very subdued and relaxing. I love all the tile, countertops, hardware and lighting you picked. I can tell you put a lot of thought into everything and it shows. I love that you gave so much detail on the little things. It was anything but boring. The black sink is awesome. Your master bath double sink vanity is every girl’s dream. Love the chevron floor and your roomy shower with that beautiful glass tile and accent tile. Oh and the fireplace tile is such a statement. It makes that room. A sectional will be perfect for lounging and watching a movie. Everything goes together beautifully and seamlessly. Thank you for the tour. I got lots of good ideas!

Angie I just love the house! There were so many things in your lovely home that I got so excited about. My favorite room is the Master Bathroom. That should be in a magazine. Your rain light fixture over the table is so pretty and the table mimics the long lines of the light, as do the legs of the chair. They we well put together. The electrical strip on your kitchen island was genius. It is barely visible and includes lots of outlets. Love it. I also love the TV’s (haven’t seen that before) and your fireplace. Let’s not forget the porch. It is part of the flow. I said to myself, “I bet she gets up and just twirls around with a big smile on her face.” It’s a happy home! You did a great job.

I don't typically comment very often and I know this is going to be long so you probably will never see it but here goes. I think you have amazing talent with design. Seeing the before video of this home makes me realize how you have the ability to see beyond what is there. I've enjoyed your videos in the past but I'm part of a group of women who when I turned 40 I spent about 10 years doing this and that my face - filler and so forth. But when I hit 50 I embraced what is real and really did away with all of that. My heroes in beauty are the Actresses brave enough to age as they are. Kate Winslet comes to mind but there is so many others including Maggie smith. Anyway No judgment! I could change my mind at any point and I'm open to that. I only say that to say although I have enjoyed your videos thoroughly I really don't watch them very much because I'm just not into that scene. But I am so inspired by your beautiful new home. I grew up on the shoreline of Connecticut and 1 thing I remember about homes and Connecticut is how small the closets and bathrooms are. Once I moved to the Atlanta area where things are much bigger I fell in love with huge closets and bathrooms that had separate water closets.
But you made everything in your home perfect and work wonderfully. I am mostly inspired by minimalism and Scandi design and the colors you have chosen work perfectly with that!
My 86 year-old mom who is a firecracker lives on a salt marsh in Branford CT. Looking out your windows reminded me of her home. I thoroughly enjoyed this video I think you are talented in design although Your videos are always wonderfully professional and at the same time very approachable. Congratulations on your new home

@@accesstotheredcarpet Light pink was a sophisticated designer color/style in the early 90's. I dated a guy who had a pink kitchen (the previous owner was an interior decorator.) Fun fact: I knew him before he won the Oregon Lottery (he was kind of a little weird) and dated him after he won the big $$$, he didn't change much, except *I then referred to him as a little eccentric* : D
@@KatherineTheGr8t Yes, pink was sorta big in the early 90’s. Our 1993 house has pink toned ceramic tile floor and blush primary bathroom cabinetry….we haven’t gotten to remodeling those items yet but they are on the list!

The only thing I liked from the previous owner was the planter box. Too much white for me in that area now. Criticism over all the rest was so nicely done! I love all the tile choices especially. Personally, I only like to see the filming area of people s homes otherwise I feel like I am peering into their personal lives and it makes me feel uncomfortable. That said...I did watch.

I did a dark gray sink for the exact same reasons, and our choices in quartz counter tops and marble back splash were very similar as well. So beautiful! I love it so much! I remodeled my 1999 detached townhouse at the beginning of 2019 and put in a black sink. I still love that thing!! I don't care if it's trendy - it's the smartest thing ever! Always looks great, hasn't aged a bit, and a bit of a scrub and rinse and it's perfect. I'm building a new house and I'm putting the same one in my new kitchen.
