There's also the fact that Subaru tends to hang around at the studio and chat with the staff _(that's how she learns so much about the upcoming projects),_ so she's basically part of the crew, similar to how Sora is in touch with them (with A-chan and all).

@@johnapple6646 Because at the end of the day, its a different culture, a different approach to what they do. For JP, they're idols first and foremost, and they need to give their 100% all the time. For EN, they're videogame streamers in a western sense where scuff isn't just tolerated but sometimes even adored. Its still not a good thing that scuff happens, but isnt the end of the world when it does, you just laugh it off and keep going because you're an entertainer. For an idol, its a disaster.
