Phil Wiggins, National Folk Festival 2020 Virtual Celebration

Phil Wiggins, a Piedmont blues artist and harmonica player out of Takoma Park, Maryland, performs at the National Folk Festival 2020 Virtual Celebration-including a bonus song not previously aired! This performance was made possible, in part, with support from the National Park Service and Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Historical Park.

I am saddened to find out that Phil Wiggins is no more. He gave me way back in the early 90's one phenomenal harmonica lesson, the inspiration of which is still guiding me in my work with people with disabilities and music making! Thank you Phil -- up there in the heaven exclusively reserved for genius musicians!
