I did my front yard reno this spring. I went with Titanium 2 LS, and I love it. It grew in dark green and thick. The NTEP just came out with their new list; looking forward to seeing what seed you will use.

The genetics of new seed is amazing…. Darker green and increased fungal resistance would be so worth the money…

I think I'll be ok. I'm planning on seeding the 13th-15th. I did my reno the first week of October last year and didn't have any problems
