Can I use the phone number to call people?
It's an essential part of my business, and I'd love to have the ability to do this.
Hey I have a question. If I start a virtual call center, can I route calls somewhere international if my agents are working from another country using Wix ? Please respond

Question: is it too much to ask my agent to answer 2-3 different types of businesses?
For example if I run 2-3 businesses can he handle all the calls ? Or it has to be one agent per one business ?

@@Ari-zp4dd Interactive Voice Response (IVR) flow allows you to determine the paths callers can take to be routed to appropriate queues, phone numbers, or voicemails. Add text to speech or recorded audio messages to your flows to personalize the directions your callers hear.
