Its late(9:43pm here in Charleston SC) im still on duty with my GRANDz🤪... they are working me this summer WHEW!! 😂😂 I told my kiddos & their spouses im planning on taking a 3 or 5 day cruise after school starts next month!!! Im plum exhausted 😂😂😉🤪

John is recovering but still having the back issues so can’t do a lot of walking. The horse and carriage tour was wonderful. We loved hearing the history of the island as well. Hope all is well in your side.🥰

@@tjfun71 I completely understand about not walking much! That's ok John. Had my kneecap dislocate and was forced to stay off my feet recently. Upcoming cruise planned and will either cancel for the 2nd time (1st time was to stay with our senior pup then) or utilize a mobility device of some sort. We have tons of fun knee issues in the family so I think low- impact trips will be in the future 😉

We didn’t get to pick our tour guide but my husband wasn’t able to walk long distances after coming home from surgery. I was more disappointed that she wouldn’t allow me to film some of the good stuff. She kept telling me I could only film only little bits here and there. I tried my best with what I had to share. Sorry it wasn’t enjoyable for you.

What did it cost for the private tour?? We took our own self guided horse and buggy tour last year and it was $105/hr

@SkullysPlace it was a little over 300.00 for two for an hour and a half but not including tip. It was a great way to see the island and hear the history. We would have never been able to walk the distance.
