I am so sorry. The first tornado warning for this storm was in Howard Co. where my town, Nashville is. I followed on TV as Pike Co, then Garland, then Pulaski were put under the warning. The weathermen were freaking out on all 3 Little Rock stations. Barry Brandt was seeing this monster on radar but couldn't get verification if it was on the ground at first. It's all on TH-cam. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Due to trees, buildings, etc they may not have even seen it. Clear view from a camera hundreds of feet up but people can't even see a red light behind a semi, let alone a tornado behind tall trees and even taller buildings 😉
I’m currently 12 years old. I lived in Little Rock and you see that hotel right there? I was in that hotel when the tornado hit. It was on a Friday and I was out of school due to a reunion I had with my friend. At the time of the tornado we had a warning and sirens. My mom then grabs me and my friend to go done in there bunker they had at the hotel. There was food and clothes. Thankfully, no one was killed in this tornado but 3 people that was part of the tornado out of state. I still have small trauma and anxiety from this tornado. The tornado never hit the hotel but did swipe out half the city. Every time there is a storm I get scared. Please take these things seriously. Love yall

i was at work when this hit and hearing on the radio that it was going through my neighborhood while my cats were home alone was terrifying 😭 thankfully we didn’t take any damage aside from a hole in our roof but the next street over was completely destroyed. scariest thing i’ve ever been through ngl

I think 2 people died. But it hit a mostly residental area in the middle of the afternoon. Most of the people were at work. I was and asked if i could leave early and see if my house was still there. It narrowly missed me by a few blocks.
When you aren't at home watching TV, there's a good chance that you don't have a clue there's a tornado on the ground heading toward you. And what if you did but had family members and pets at home? Wouldn't you try to get to them??
