Magistrate reality to kuch aur hi h ground pe. Mere papa ko ek len den ke case me pakda tha. 3 din to thane me rakha. 24 ghante waale niyam ki maa ki aankh karke. Fir magistrate ke saamne pesh kiya jo DM hota h. Woha pe DM ka chela baitha tha. Jo paise de rha tha unko bail aur jo nhi de rha tha usko jail. Ye h reality. Ye mera courrpt india h dosto.

161 statements are the basis of harrashment, such as police remand, and judicial custody. By the time 164 comes, the person has already faced the entire sequence of harrashment 😢😢 that is the loophole in the crpc

Slight correction in the last few seconds: 161 does not empower the police to call a person (witness/ accused) during investigation, this is under section 160 crpc. 161 is just about the statement recorded during investigation.
Another thing, sir is almost accurate regarding statement under section 161 having negligible value but still it can be used to contradict such person at later stages (trial stage).

सर इसका की मतलब nhi है,पुलिस के लगायगे चार्जेस पे ही कोर्ट अपना डिसिजन देती ही
किताबी ज्ञान तक तो ठीक है परंतु वास्तविकता यह है की पुलिस के सामने दी गवाही और खासकर लिखित गवाही में दी गई गवाही के कारण भी तीन से 6 महीना तक जेल में रहना पड़ जाता है बेगुनाहों को 😂😂
