Yes, the only issue would be that most of lead salts are insoluble and therefore would coat the metal and prevent further reaction

Difference between dilute acids and concentrated acids??

In theory, concentrated acids are lack mobile ions and will not react, but in practice it's impossible to have 100% concentrated acid
