This came at the perfect time! Currently planning a trip to Northern Europe and while researching Helsinki, chanced upon a blog post about Estonia! This just confirms that I need to go
I’ve visited Tallinn twice now. And the possibility to go back is always open. I love that city and the people that I met. It’s such a wonderful historic town.
I was so excited to see this video! I’m planning a Finland trip and was going to take the ferry over to Estonia but wasn’t sure if it was worth it, now I’m definitely going !
Nicole Koz I definitely recommend the ferry from Finland to Estonia. We did it earlier this year and it was great! Tallin is also one of my favourite cities in Europe
Estonia is worth to visit. Rent a car and drive around. We did it and it is so pretty and you can have a bug for yourself of course if you get up early.
Myself and my boyfriend have decided Christmas 2021 we are both going to go to Tallinn, then fly to his home country for Christmas. I cannot wait, this place looks stunning xx
I’m loving binge-watching your videos during lockdown in the UK. Your videos are so fun, inspiring and relaxing, you’re getting me through this in a lovely, calm and happy way with each video. Thank you both, you’re great!👍🏻💆🏼♀️
I went to Valtic states about one year ago❄️from Japan! It was amazing and so beautiful! Especially, Estonia. I could take lots of pictures with freezing white birds at Kohtuotsa Vaateplats. And also the're many fashionable souvenir shops and good restaurants. I hope I'll go there again someday. This video takes me back✨Thank you!
I wish I knew you were in Estonia because I live here and have so many recommendations mostly food related :D Glad you went to Røst, the cinnamon buns and coffee are legit. Come back again!
Tallinn is just as beautiful and nice and magical as it seems,I travel there a lot😍 AND,go taste the pancakes at Kompressor in the old city, they are soooo good!!
You both produce the most beautiful content! I have been binge watching all day. The perfect Australia Day weekend. Thank you so much for the wonderful tours you give us. You really capture the essence of each place you visit. You are both so likeable and lovable:) Tallinn looks gorgeous!
Olde Hansa (that medieval restaurant at 4:50) is one of those places that quickly would seem like a classic tourist trap, but in reality it really is amazing! I've been there many times, always when I'm in Tallinn, it's a must visit, highly recommended! The atmosphere is so unique, candle lights, live medieval music with real old instruments. Also try their honey beer, it's delicious!
This seems to be a very interesting place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
As a Tallinn resident and travel lover, I love this :D Of course this isn't all of our city, there are other areas as well. And they have interesting features. But the Old Town is the best one in this perspective :). I'm proud to say our Old Town is one of the most authentic in the Northern Baltic area, as it has survived one of the best. And to say, welcome
Wow. I am from India. I have seen many couple bloggers around the world but trust never found a couple who are so nice and dont talk thrash like others. Thanks guys. God bless you both of you. Wishing you all the success in your life ❤️❤️❤️
Jess, world renowned connoisseur of cinnamon buns. I shouldn't have watched this before breakfast! Tallinn has such a beautiful old city and I'm so glad it has World Heritage status.
I never thought of visiting Baltic states in the winter but you guys are inspiring me to rethink. As always, nice vlogs. Candle night dinner looked awesome, I hope to visit Estonia one day with my wife. - Love from Bangladesh
Estonia is most certanly not one of the smallest countries in Europe lol. Smaller countries are: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Montenegro, Macedonië, Moldavia, Andorra, Switserland. Great video nevertheless. I'd love to visit Talinn one day
Wow this is amazing! You’ve been everywhere!! Haha 😍 I just saw the vlog when you was in French Riviera/Monaco and I live there and I’m swedish and estonian and you also have a vlog from Estonia so this made me so happy!! I love Estonia. Love this 💕💕
Medieval time wasn't endless hunger and famine. There were good times and bad times. Those, who lived in stone buildings inside Tallinn city walls (including that very same building where today "Olde Hansa" operates), were upper class and barely experienced any hunger at all. Peasants and servants lived in wooden houses outside of city wall, their options were different.
I've been wanting to go to Estonia on Christmas for so long! This year I'm definitely going to check the Christmas market, eat at the medieval restaurant and get some hot chocolate with cinnamon bun! thank you guys, you look lovely as usual xx love from Saint Petersburg
Greetings from Latvia! :) I found out first about your chanel in december. I wrote in youtube "Northpole" and your videos pop-ed up and I loved them! The vibe is fantastic! Since then I have watched a lot of other videos of yours. Estonia is one of the Baltics citys as well ass Latvia. I noticed that you said that the first christmas tree ever was put out in Estonia but actually it was in Latvia. Thanks for the video! :)
The clear envy of a Latvian.😍🤗 This is debatable. Historical analysts about Tallinn confirm that in 1441 the members of the Brotherhood of Blackheads placed the first Christmas tree on the Town Hall Square. According to some Latvian historians, the world's first Christmas tree was erected in Riga in 1510. But there are still contenders for the title of the world's first Christmas tree. Thus, in the small town of Sélestat in France, it is claimed that they had the world's first Christmas tree. Then arrest who has that right.
I am planning a trip to Helsinki and Tallinn in September! Found you guys researching it... you two are so cute, fun, and just seem like real people! We are giving ourselves 4 nights in Finland and only 2 in Tallinn. It doesn't seem like there is too much to do there but still looks like a cool place to visit.
Estonia has been on my bucket list forever too!!
AAhh you would love it :D
this is why Estonia is on my list!!!! looks absolutely amazing, honestly would choose to go here for Christmas over alot of other European countries!
@Levent A Estonia is very beautiful!!!!
Tallinn was one of the most amazing places I have been so far and we also visit the restaurant, because I am a huge fan of medieval times. So cool.

Me: "knowing that one of the biggest killers in that period was famine" ... *confused*
My man also mentioned medieval times and “the first century” in the same sentence.
Medieval time wasn't endless hunger and famine. There were good times and bad times. Those, who lived in stone buildings inside Tallinn city walls (including that very same building where today "Olde Hansa" operates), were upper class and barely experienced any hunger at all.
