I just went into Maiasmokk especially for a piece of this cake. The woman behind the counter looked at me like I was an idiot for asking about such a cake. I feel like walking back there and showing this video. She will probably just continue to look at me like im a talking hamto be honest. So many other great cafes. They are lucky they get people in because its " The Oldest in Tallinn " because they won't be flocking for the service
Love this as always. I would love to talk about some collaboration when we are here in late April. I studied culinary anthropology and dad is an archaeologist. We are looking for local perspectives on the food, history, and culture. Pleas let us know if you would be interested in helping us the story of your amazing city. - Bear
