Kayaking the Kasilof River | Kenai Peninsula Alaska

  • The Kasilof river runs between Tustumena Lake (the biggest lake on the Kenai Peninsula) all the way to the ocean. The lake and river are fed by glacial runoff water which gives the water its amazing bright blue color. We saw lots of salmon jumping out of the water as well as several bald eagles during our float. This was definitely one of the best things to do on the Kenai Peninsula.
