You are right, I was a little to fast at the beginning. (did my last video in December. had to learn again) But I feel that the speed was okay after some minutes.
Why don't u make a quick video survey of the history and eras of African art?

@@about-africa3459 Ingo, it's difficult to declare, but: ask connoisseurs about that facts, you'll be surprised...
Do you know experts? I tried to find experts in German museums. They know a lot of about the art of Japan, but the art of the Samurai is a different thing

And no doubt these were all stolen from massacred village’s 😢😢
Massacred by whom? Islamistic killer? Nigerian soldiers? Colonial troops? Neighbouring peoples? Dictators? Or maybe the objects were sold by the owners?
Look e.g. at the object in the middle of my thumbmail. Is made by an Yoruba artist in Nigerian. I never heard that a village the Yorubas was massacred. By the way this was often art for the king. However, in the early times the Yoruba states were notorious slave traders. But these times have gone. Nowadays they are well known for beeing great artists.

I think it's peculiar that the prices of these artworks are priced quite low when considering the high quality craftsmanship and the fact that some of them were commissioned by African royalty.
I wonder if royal cultural artefacts from the same period Europe and the "other" regions are similarly priced 🤔
