Various and valuable topics are taking into account in this comprehensive self-defense tutorial. Of course, it won`t be that easy! Not "Five Swords", "Snapping Twig" nor "Mace of Aggression" will be there for me to apply them at once. Right in the middle of a punching/kicking interchange, American Kenpo techniques may rise from me like a "second skin" depending on my grade of understanding about the street dynamics. It`s always a real pleasure to enjoy these world-class teachings. My deep appreciation, SP VanCleve!! My kind salute and respect from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

He was spot on when he said techniques are just ideas. Very true.

What? Only in kenpo because all the techniques are made up nonsense cosplay martial arts. There are thousands of videos out there of effective techniques that work over and over in combat sports or self defense, none of them are Kenpo flapping wings or dancing hoof or the numerous silly named laughable cosplay moves

if American Kenpo was taught like this everywhere, it'd be so much better and effective. This dude is changing the game and evolving the art.

this guy isnt saying anything new or ground breaking "kenpo" has been taught this way since before ed parker. this art is not evolving its been stagnant many many years now.

I guess the question is: do you want to spend your time memorizing "ideal(s)" or actually learning how to defend and counter real ugly violence with real proven combative hand to hand skills?
