Good lord, the pairs (and trip) you pulled on your three cards of each turn of round 1, and the first turn of round 2! What a shuffle!

I backed this and was thrilled to see you have a playthrough video.

Great play through, but the song is called “Ace of Spades”. :)

For once, I got all rules correct!
    A great video. Thank you.
I've played 5 times. I know it's early days, but I am not sure that high scoring games are really that possible.
The game is over before you've begun and you need to spend actions on reducing the wanted levels rather than earning points. Of course, you don't need to reduce the wanted level, but you the cost is huge if arrested.
I like that balance, normally, but in Three Sisters you always feel there is that chance of a top ranking.
I like the range of options, but I am not sure about the level of luck involved.
    I will persevere.

The song is "the ace of spades" but I guess the eights of spades works too :D

Darn, I was kinda hopeful this was related to Flip City. It's certainly not perfect, but it's quite portable and solo. I'd buy more!

    So many things to consider.
Is this a too demanding fir my brain? i.e. Would I keel forgetting what actions impact on outcomes etc?
What are your thoughts on complexity?
Just love your videos. Thank you.

Thanks Jonathan! I don’t think it’s complex when you’re playing, like some other roll & writes there’s a lot to be taught up front to know what every building and icon does. When you’re playing though, you’re restricted straight away by the three cards - their suits and numbers. At the very start you’ll just pick something from those and as you go you’ll start to forge some kind of path and see what you want to focus on. That’s when the changing cards with gold will come in when you’ve got more of an idea on what you need. Most things are connected to other things so I think at least some combos will happen, and as you get more experienced you can pull off much bigger ones!

@@slickerdrips Thank you so much for your reply. Appreciated.
I like the 3 card restriction.
I board looks very 'busy' but I hope I would soon learn...
I need to sort out funding for your reviews - a link please.
