So glad your parents supported you fully! Wished my parents did the same. They only put me down with others. I was very young when I married my 1st hubby. After only a year, my ex also cheated on me and he got the girl pregnant and still my parents said, well you wanted him so bad so that’s your life. Unfortunately I went back to my ex 3 times as a result of the fear of being a divorced girl, fear of dishonoring my family name. I believed if my parents supported me like this lady, I would had never went back so many times. We got to support and love on our kids, especially our daughters.

Why can’t all fathers be like your father? Your parents are very supportive.
When you are over 18 years old, you are legally considered an adult. Make your own decisions and stick with your choices so you don't regret down the road. I agreed completely that the sooner you leave a cheater, the better. Don't be wasting precious time and effort trying to force someone to love you. Love can't be force, so while your spouse is cheating and finding their next partner, you need to plan and find your next partner as well. You are a very lucky woman with great supportive parents.

Ugh Hmong OGs on a dude's side of the family always got something smart to say to degrade the wife and her family even when it's their son who is wrecking his own house! I am a mom of two girls and they may be small today but in 25 years I will still stand by my girls if their men act up and disrespect them. As a mom and a wife, no one gonna love my kids as much as me cause I tore my flesh and bled to bring them into this world. Good for her parents who stood their ground and supported her while her man was acting a fool.
