In order to win, he must admit his flaws in owning & running this team, and go back to leaving it to the coaches and people who know how to win championships. 😂😂😂Simple answer -- no, the Cowboys will not live to the hype. For as long as I can remember, everybody gets jazzed about the Cowboys at the beginning of the season. Also for as long as I can remember, by the end of the season all the pundits ask, "What happened to the Cowboys?" Face it, the Cowboys are all sizzle without the steak. Roger Staubach, Tony Dorsett and Drew Pearson aren't playing. Neither are Troy Aikman, Michael Irvin, and Emmitt Smith. The Joneses have converted the Cowboys from football champions to financial champions. Good for them, not the fans.
I think it’s very apparent now what “all in” really means. It means that Jerry Jones has invested “All In” this cowboys roster that he is willing to. He’s all the way in, as far as he is going to go. What he is basically saying is like this, “If these guys want a contract extensions like they are asking me for, they are going to have to prove to me that’s what I actually need to do, with their play out there on the field.”

I been saying it’s jerry for 10 plus years now funny how now people want to say it, the writing has been on the wall for years. He’s to involved and James is right Jerry takes the credit when it’s going good and when it goes bad he throws people under the bus.
Honestly Shady and Acho were in teams that didn’t sniff a Super Bowl, they know how hard it is, and most importantly what it takes to be successful in the post season, and I am not talking about talent, I am talking about culture, dealing with pressure, the organisation, making it so the players are relaxed, the team staying healthy, all of that is why it’s so hard to get to and win a Super Bowl, they need to go and study at the chiefs feet. If an organisation hasn’t done something for almost 30 years but they are still a good team, it doesn’t matter how good the talent is, something significant is broken and that starts with the owner and then trickles down. I think it’s a bigger problem than just saying oh Dak chokes, the whole team including Micah, who they didn’t mention how bad he played in that game , chokes, why is that, and what have they changed so it doesn’t repeat, because it’s not the team, they won 12 games. So why is December good and January bad, that starts with Jerry, I think that’s what James was alluding too.

The cowboys have a team that by the analysts and media say have top 5 talent in the entire league, yet they can't get to the big games. Thry flame out. IMO there are only a few reasons that could be. 1) Lack of organizational structure, accountability, and overall seriousness 2) players might not be as talented as you think 3) players don't have the mentality necessary to rise to the occasion and by extension then maybe they aren't that good 4) coaching isn't good enough to pull out the best of the team.

James Jones is the only practical one to not just look at the surface level problems and maybe he doesn't know the deeper problems with the Cowboys but he understands that Jerry controls everything. In 2022 they needed an upgrade at wr at the deadline and he didn’t make a deal and last year they definitely needed lb help and no move was made. I mean everyone was surprised when he traded for Amari in 2018 lol he likes to keep guys he drafts way longer than he should instead of making smart moves on time which is an issue.
