I love the Calligraphy trim! I was comparing these two trims on l Hyundai's website, & I love the monotone body color design on the Calligraphy trim versus the black plastic body cladding on the Limited trim. The Calligraphy trim makes the Santa Fe feel as nice as a top-trim GV70 with either engine or GV80 with the same 2.5T engine for less money than both of those cars
The Calligraphy also adds one-touch up & down rear windows, whereas the Limited only has it for the front windows....it’s the little things that add up collectively to make the Calligraphy worth the extra $2k difference!
@@MiguelMyCarGuy I regard 2 points as a negative on the Caligraphy. 20 inch rims ride harsher and reflect the stupid tendency of manufacturers to go to excessively large wheels, plus the 19s look better than the asymmetrical 20 inch. Plus, artificial leather is better over the course of years than real leather that dries and wrinkles. Not that I wouldn't get the Calig, but I'm buying the PHEV where I can only get the Limited.
That makes absolutely makes no sense Miguel at all for Hyundai to place a spare tire on Santa Fe limited model, but not in the Calligraphy model,... when both vehicles carry the same weight...so what weight saving are they saving on...give me a break Hyundai with that poor lame nonsense excuse. My question to you Miguel, will I be able to purchase a spear tire separately and can it be placed and attached with the tire holder device underneath the vehicle of the Calligraphy model.🤔🤔🤔
I've driven both versions a lot and i don't notice a difference in ride at all. Test both of them yourself and if you're in Orlando, I would love to work with you. Make an appointment here: schedulewithmiguel.as.me/
Great video! You mentioned a must for me - the spare tire! Do you know if the 2022 model is the same way? I really wanted the upgraded wheels, interior of the Calligraphy - but I want my spare tire~
Followup - With the facts you provided in the 2021 video - I think I found the answer to the "no spare tire" on the 2022 on Hyundai's website. When I compared trim models, there it was under the MECHANICAL section (at the very bottom) - as you mentioned TIRE MOBILITY KIT. It appears if you are getting an AWD for either the Calligraphy or Limited - you are not getting a spare tire and you are getting the TIRE MOBILITY KIT instead. Can you confirm this?
@@MiguelMyCarGuy hopefully?! 🙄 I seen the 20 inch rims on the Santa Fe in other videos from other countries. Why is it taking so long to get them here?
I've got mine about a week now. Calligraphy mine come with 20in wheels. So now I have 2 calligraphies now. 2021 Palisade calligraphy awd and 2021 Santa Fe calligraphy. The Santa Fe has better tech. The driver assist is better and feel more power too. I pay 53k on a palisade and 50k for the Santa Fe awd . I know I over pay. But the problems are you can't find one now. The dealer marked 3k on my palisade and 2.5k the my Santa. I love both of them. If y'all can find one or get one get it.

I have the same car. Intermittently the radiator fan will run at full speed for 1-2 mins, Hyundai says this in normal behavior, so my question to you is do you experience this too? Also you should know that we baby the car too , Thanks - Rick
This video should be shown by every salesperson at Hyundai dealers everywhere. I'm amazed that salesperson around here couldn't accurately describe this information to us. Thanks
Thanks. Do you know why the 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy doesn’t have standard 20” wheels on both calligraphy models? One comes with FWD 20inch wheels while the AWD comes with 19inch wheels??🤔 Both trims also offer two different wheels which aren’t interchangeable. Prefer the 19” wheels look but with 20” tires/wheel size.

I started working at Hyundai these videos have helped so much with training
Glad to hear it!
Can you please do a comparison between the Santa Fe 2021 `Calligraphy Vs. Limited Hybrid'? I'm kinda conflicted with which to go with
Great review!! It was hard to tell the difference but i see it now! Thank you!
Youre welcome
What type of tires does those vehicles have
Very good and thorough identifying marks to distinguish between a limited and calligraphy trim on the Hyundai Santa Fe. I liked the video 👍
Happy to know people like my vids. Thanks a lot!
@@MiguelMyCarGuy All the way from Canada
Is it true that the Calligraphy rides harsher than the limited because of the wider tires and the bigger wheels? That's a big factor for me.

@@MiguelMyCarGuy Any thoughts on which model is quieter on highway cruise - the hybrid Limited (when gas engine is running) or the non-hybrid Limited?
The engines aren't too loud on either when they're running. But the hybrid is a little smoother when it's in EV mode.
can you add a spare tire to the Calligraphy?
Great review for a buyers
Thanks. I try
Thank you for this video! Incredibly helpful showing the differences between the two.

Thank god we don't have that single exhaust outlet in the uk it looks really silly and those s shaped spoke wheels like on the red one
The US is a slightly different style? Interesting...
@@MiguelMyCarGuy its mote the exhaust.single exhausts now look a bit odd but good video

The calligraphy is worth it just for grille alone. But extra fancy for the interior really up scales it.
The Calligraphy is nice
What color is the calligraphy's grill? Is it shiny black or smoked chrome?
@@Pablo-hw5ik Its dark chrome
@@night5091 ohhh thats good, I thought the chrome on the limited looked better. Thanks mate

I don't know your mom. What does she like?

I find it strange Hyundai doesn't add a badge or some sort of indication that it is a Limited or Calligraphy on the back.
Interesting
Thank you, this was super helpful. I hope you do a comparison with the 2021 Santa Fe hybrid too 😊
Yes, that one is on the list

Do you happen to know if the 2022 model will be coming out, if so when will they be on the market.
The 2022s are at my dealership right now.

No idea.
very helpful, love the the review

I do too
The Caligraphy is the only Santa fe trim package that has the colored ambient lighting also.

Yes. Im just waiting for a few to arrive
What is a good drive-out price for the 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy?
Head to your local dealer and find out
IS the HUD nav just for the on board NAV or will it display Apple Car play?
Just for the NAV on board.
How do u make the headlights move and slither? I can't find any videos that they show how to, but the videos show them move
Its because of the camera. It doesn't do that in person
