The Slaws arrive in Spain! They are staying at Camping La Gaviote in Sant Pere Pescador on the Bay of Roses.

We too found ourselves out of our comfort zone after crossing into Spain near Ste Jean de Luz couple of hours in though we were fine, marvelling at the stunning beauty of the Spanish landscape.
It’s a very strange feeling isn’t it? We absolutely loved the wildness of the area we visited ❤️

Omg mr slaw ur amazing singing and playing the ukulele. I've always wanted one of them what make is yours if i may ask. My old granda used to play it to us grand kids he called it old tams disco lol that and the Jewish harpe he learned them both in a prisoner of war camp.😊 u gotta play us a tune more. Hi George, the alarm went off in Helga while she was parked at the campsite. The tracker company rang us, but we think a fly was maybe still in her 🤦🏻♀️ Yes we did watch the race! Surprise, surprise 🤣

Oh Slaw you're slacking in the smacky-bum-bum department, but we'll forgive you because you treated us to a bit of Elvis on your uke. I don't think jessie could get any further out of that doggy hut if she tried😂...poor little Billy getting squashed. What fabulous bike paths and somewhere for me to try out my new e bike 👍 Looks like a great pitch. I struggled with campsites in Spain as the pitches I found were tiny. Hope Mrs Slaw feels better soon (can’t even blame it on slaws cooking 😂)

Hi, it is for security. A few years ago we were away with family and they were burgled in the car park while we were all in the supermarket. We never leave the van unattended in a supermarket car park now 🚍☀️

Hi Frank, we’ve used our normal visa debit card in the past but we’ve got a Revolut card this year. No probs with either 👍🏻
You make it look so straightforward going to Europe. We weren’t brave enough this year , off to the Shetlands . But determined to do it next year. 🤞

We too have just ridden that cycle path, the bit through the deep sand before the bridge was a struggle and like you we came back on the short stretch of road to avoid it 😂 Rest of the path was beautiful though and we carried on to L'Escala. Thanks and look forward to the next installment. 😎☀️

I am very jealous, sat back in Hampshire when I should have been enjoying the good hot weather in Poland. Up you come enjoying the sun and warmth of Spain!

Hi Roger, glad to have you onboard! The site was 43 euros per night. We paid for a premium pitch, which was larger and had water and grey drop. We didn’t pay for electric. 🚍☀️
