also what you can try is to put time limits on apps like TikTok, I did the same and then you get a notification when you reach the time limit, I find it super helpful to not get lost in time while on my phone!

omg i feel i am a hufflepuff but i got ravenclaw so i call myself ravenpuff !! LOL Welcome to ravenpuff Christine!
The primary and secondary sorting system is more helpful imo!! primary would be why you do things, and secondary is how you do things. So for example if you’re a Hufflepuff primary and Ravenclaw secondary, you would do things out of priority for everyone you care about and people in general, and would complete things in a measured and methodical way. Looking it up can really help :)
