Privilege is another word that's pretty much lost it's meaning. This guy believes that people that know how to code is because of privilege not the fact they put in the work to learn how to do it and there's nothing stopping this guy from learning how to basic code and build from that, he's a young guy. There's plenty of tutorials on TH-cam to teach you how to code, how to mod, build a pc or whatever totally free. If you want something you got to go out there and get it, work for it. Unless you put in the work people aren't going to feel sorry for you. I'm a son of emigrants and first pc I bought as a teenage in early 2000's I bought with my own money I earned working part time after school. It wasn't the best pc but I could play KOTOR and Star Wars Galaxies, Warcraft 3 etc. I learned a trade and now work for my self, learned how to build a pc of TH-cam and built my second gaming pc last year, a kickass pc. Yea some people may be "privileged" that are born in a rich family but that's not their fault, you play the cards you're dealt and make the best of it but you MUST put in the work, no one owes you a fucking thing in this world.

I finally was able to afford one couple years later to buy my first PC which I built myself. Granted back then PC were a lot less user friendly and online was still a brand new thing which didn't have a lot help on building PC. From there, I played the hell out of Duke Nukem 3D. I learned there was a developer software in the goodies file. I learned how to make my own map on Duke Nukem 3D which that lead me to learn programming. From there, I got myself into Assembly, Visual Basic, Java, HTML, Flash, C++, and so on. There's nothing privilege there. I learned all them by studying. All you need is focus and hard work.
Yeah well altho there are other programming languages assembly is more a "programming" language i would choose to learn reverse engineering since its the native cpu language

People like this who have never used a computer seem to think using a pc and using mods on games is the most complex thing in the world. Making your own mods and computer programming, sure, that's very complicated, but just using a computer and downloading mods and mod managers is not. I downloaded the mod manager for Sonic Adventure DX and it was pretty easy to get the Dreamcast conversation mod so I can make the Steam version actually good, and I have zero experience in actually programming anything or any sort of computer science stuff like that.
