They should make it so people cant off ball and make it so they have to guard you. Show the real skill.

All you have to do is send the player on a cut to the basket and usually it's an easy two points every time The people who complain about the offball situation just don't know how to run plays and all they want to do is ISO dribble and try and run the pick and roll to get around the defender
I hear you guys saying it's easy to beat the a.i but I like going against an actual person. Might as well play mycareer if you just running plays against the a.i all game 😂

very W. 2k needs to fix the online modes of course, but they can’t forget their roots. i can’t stand the fact that 2k has neglected their vanilla modes for the last few years

i hope you dont get penalized using a team if someone else quits. If I can not play with my go-to team bec the other player quits, that will piss a lot of people off
I don’t love the every 5 games but I’ll get over it…I planned on getting a win with every team this cycle anyway but this does look promising
Playing with 1 team every 5 games is a L. They make it too hard to shoot for u to now have to learn 15 different jumpshots.... that's 3 players per team cause u really don't shoot with all 5 players on ur team.

Its players that can play well with lower ranked teams like the bulls an hornets an they be going ham like ham ham respect to those guys I came across this year in play now online mode but im a my career my rec my park type of guy I like my 1 an only star play so well when he matures
Still seems like the tier system will be in place meaning for example if I pick the Knicks in NBA 2k24 the possibility of playing the Celtics is slim which is dum but we will see.

I basically see this as if people don't know how to shoot and run plays. They're going to have issues. The people who know how to run plays will be fine and the ones that know the shots for the players this will be easy
I could see this structure in the Starting Five mode if it comes back

You won't be able to use the same team over and over.
