Gotta be a FC issue hardly surprising but it happened on FC23 that was the last game I got when it did it I ignored it being a game issue cleaned my PS around then I stopped playing and it hasn't happened on any game since and now ironically it's still happening on FC25 only hasn't happened once on COD GOW etc I forgot it was an issue until now obvs
