The X Factor off road caravan is currently available in 3 different layouts. The 20'6" tandem axle layout from this video. The key feature of any off road caravan is always going to be its suspension. The X Factor comes with ALKO Enduro X Independent Suspension. With 2 shock absorbers and a tough coil spring this bulky suspension paired with 17 inch all terrain tyres will take you anywhere you need to go. The van sits on an Australian steel Supergal Chassis..
There are 2 100amp Lithium Batteries paired with 2 180 watt solar panels. The X Factor also includes a DC to DC Charger and uses the smartphone compatible BMPro battery management system and touch Odyssey display.
The interior of the X Factor is no less impressive. A spacious living space with multiple decor choices and plenty of quality of life inclusions. A huge club lounge with leather upholstery sits in the centre of the 20 foot 6 model. It comes with extendable footrests and pillows as well as an adjustable table top on a hydraulic table leg.
The inside of the van is well lit with LED touch lights in the roof, strip lighting above and below the cupboards and also coloured LEDs in the large wind up roof hatches.
To keep you entertained there’s a large radio connected to internal and external fusion speakers.
The X Factor comes with a 24” Smart TV as standard which runs off of the wind up Wineguard Roof Antenna. If you’re keen to set up a portable satellite dish you’ll also find a Through Wall Explorer plug.
The kitchen comes furnished with black stylish tap ware and a sink which is made of a sturdy composite stone material and features a filtered water tap too. There is an extended bench top with a recessed stove top under a lid. The stovetop features 3 gas/1 elec burners, with a full gas oven and grill. The X Factor’s kitchen features a compressor fridge which can run solely off of the caravan’s 2 lithium batteries. Also standard is the microwave. The drawers are all soft closing and feature a cutlery insert already implemented.
Other storage solutions include the lightweight solid plywood furniture computer cut to ensure millimetre accuracy. The cabinets are secured with adjustable hinges and gas struts.
To keep you comfy the X Factor has a Truma Aquago instant hot water system and an the Ibis 4 air conditioner.
This van houses a large queen sized bed with an innerspring mattress. The bed comes with a bolster so taller folks can fit in easily. There’s plenty of storage all around the bed with deep wardrobes big enough to fit a full coat hanger. Either side of the bed in the robes there are a pair of cut outs which house a 240v powerpoint and 12v/usb sockets.
The first thing you’ll notice in the X Factors ensuite is the large LED Backlit Mirror. There’s more of the black tapware to match the kitchen as well as matching towel rails and toilet roll holder. The full height, one piece, fibreglass shower is incredibly spacious and comes with a vent hatch in the roof. Also in the X factors ensuite is a china bowl swivel toilet and a washing machine.
The double glazed windows in the X Factor all come with integrated midge proof fly screens and block out blinds with reflective surfaces on the outside. Couple this with extensive insulation in the roof and walls, and you’re set up to camp in almost any climate.
The van comes with a tough Crimsafe security door and separating fly screen. There’s a fold out picnic table to rest your drinks and an entertainment box for setting the tv up on the outside.
Beneath the van there are 2 95 litre water tanks and a grey water tank; All with galvanised protection.
At the front of the van under the front window is its A frame. Here you’ll find the stone guard, large off road tool box and DO35 Hitch. There’s also a pair of 9kg Gas Bottles and a regulator. Each corner of the van has a drop-down stabiliser leg.
The X Factor comes with a fully galvanised 3 quarter tunnel boot. Beneath this is a gas bayonet.
There’s an LED Floodlight on the Front/Rear of the caravan and it also comes with a Dometic reversing camera. Also a bumper bar and spare wheel.
This is a stock van, was fitted it with a some of popular extras: a pair of sirocco fans and a gas heater

All of our caravans are Australian made. We are a South Australian dealership and Franklins are made in Melbourne so they're delivered to us via truck. Hope this clears things up!
