Larry, the new Creepyworld haunt is really taking shape and coming along nicely, you asked for some input, so with that in mind here is some input from me; to give the coffins a varied look I would alter them by adding upholstery to some of the interiors, you can also paint some of the exteriors in different but appropriate color schemes and than embellish them with scroll work that can be applied with a stencil, furthermore you can add various hardware to the coffin exteriors in the form of casket handles, name plates and so on. Other organic elements that could be used in place of some coffins are, old 53 gallon size wooden barrels, when I was with Headless I had Mike order a truck load of used wooden barrels and I placed them in my sets and I even used them as trash cans on the attractions grounds to add to the overall aesthetics. Another thing you could add are some simulated timber beams, you simply make long rectangular plywood boxes and sand the edges, than use sculpting epoxy and a broom brush to create wood grains and you will have very realistic looking wood timber beams that can take the place of some of your crates. Additional theming elements that you could consider are skull/bone piles, hard coated, faux foam rocks as these things would add to the cohesiveness of your haunts theme and work well as thematic style stanchions that will keep guests away from your props while keeping them on your haunts designated path. At the 18:45 mark of your video you showed the VMP 710 Drac-in-a-box prop. You talked about building that piece out with coffins in order to keep your guests at a safe distance from the props animations. If I was working on that set I would use a pair of wedding columns with the arch, you can find this item online. It is exactly what it's name implies but in your case you would need to repaint it to match your theme. But a pair of wedding columns with an arch would fill the same purpose as the coffins but the columns and arch would create the appearance of a burial tomb/vault and that would work ideally for a large vampire style bat who's already in an upright, oversized casket. Lastly around the 24:30 mark of your video you showed the exterior corridor of your haunt, you have a series of coffins in that location that are setup to produce a queue line of sorts that your guests will navigate to get to the opposite end of the corridor. I would cover the entire wall that has the brick paneling and window with red velvet drapery that is heavily distressed and aged in it's appearance. I would also hang the same type of distressed and aged velvet drapery behind each row of caskets, so that as the guests were traversing the corridor, one side of the hallway would appear to be a long, floor to ceiling drape and the other side would be the coffins.
