    Hiii, I watching ur videos to how to do the windmill with the flags cause I don’t know how to do that yet and im doing flag twirl. One question is the windmill like doing the handwork? And I don’t know how to do it the same time

      Hi👋🏽, yes it is both the same. You can start with one hand at a time and when you're comfortable enough gradually use both
