@Shawn C. T. because of that collapse they changed I-71 up in Cleveland. Was made the same way by the same people. It's really nice now and doesn't scare the crap out of me anymore
I’m moving here in September this year, my first trip there is this upcoming weekend and I’m loving the Highway videos you have of Cincinnati. It gives me a good idea on what to expect to see when I’m the roadways there .
@Dartgame 340 For the last 35 years I honestly can't remember a time when you could drive from 275 to the river without having to deal with orange barrels.
@@jonathantyree8172 Actually a LOT longer than that… Kind of like the never ending construction in Akron - I’ve only been through there once in 30 years and not encountered construction. But the stuff in this video is from the project mentioned.

You must have been at a really special hour on a day no one was out.. it's usually people stopping for nothing and then speeding up to stop again fo no reason..
I see you started right at I-275. Traffic as far north as Monroe would normally be considered “Greater Cincy “ as it is affected by conditions inside the 275 loop My daily commute RT 63 to Mitchell Ave 8:10 That section with the community between the N and S lanes is called the Lockland Split
@@ericalbright4943 I can see that. The Middletown area is affected by both Cincinnati and Dayton. I know people that drive from Dayton to Cincinnati to work, then others that drive from Cincinnati to Dayton
Should have made this video when they closed down half the bridge to repaint it. My average time was about an hour for the same stretch of road you just covered.

Awesome death hill A great view of Cincinnati is at the northbound!
I have a lot of driving anxiety. This video really helps me know what to expect. Thank you.
That's the Brent Spence Bridge (1963), which is slated to be replaced by a newly built bridge in the near future...
50+ years. Yeah it’s about that time
@@MileageMikeTravels Yeah, it's nearly 60 years old, and 4 years older than the bridge that collapsed in Minneapolis in 2007...

I 75 is Tractor Trailer alley, didn't see very many! They must have gone home for the weekend! Lol
Traffic is usually packed south of Arlington Heights. I was amazed at how light the traffic was. You truly got lucky.
He probably filmed this on a early Sat/Sun morning
This was really good, TY!
Hello from Dayton. This is the best way to see 75.
Hope you enjoyed your stay here in Ohio! Come back soon!
It was great. Will have to come back again to see the rest
@@MileageMikeTravels Yes! You absolutely should do so. See you back in Ohio in 2022!
I visited Ohio for six nights this past June.
It wouldn't be a proper drive into Cincinnati without those orange barrels.

Cool video Ohio Mike thanks for the interstate drive seems like they are doing alot of road work on interstates it was needed
Most of the work going on here is part of a multi-year project to widen And modernize I-75
75 has been getting work done for 20+years

Nice ride through Cincinnati Ohio along interstate 75 South
Nice drive along I 75 Cincinnati OH

You should point out exit Numbers 🔢. Also at 11:43 the Cincinnati subway portals on left hand side of the highway 🛣️ going south on I-75.
Believe Cincy has been widening i75 almost 20yrs now lol

Funny how in Ohio US 52 runs east-west but once it starts running parallel with I-77 headed south it becomes a north-south highway...

Hello you missed labeling Lincoln Heights in this video. It is between Evendale and Lockland. Please make a corrections. Thank you.
Due to the reconstruction of I-75, Lincoln Heights no longer has any jurisdiction along I-75 which is probably a good thing!!
You must have been at a really special hour on a day no one was out.. it's usually people stopping for nothing and then speeding up to stop again fo no reason..
Home of Procter and Gamble, Kroger and...........Skyline Chili. Two out of three ain't bad. Road destruction aside, not a bad drive.

cincinnati is more hilly than i imagined it to be, like new jersey.
