Thank you so much for this video. I made this for a friends daughters 18th birthday. I used a bike with a speaker so she could have the thunder storm sound in the cloud. Also the cloud will read an audio book to her with this bulb. It is very cool and everyone just loves it.

Hello Again! If you're concerned about heat, you'll be glad to know the Flux Smart Bulb is an LED light bulb, which means it doesn't get as warm as an incandescent bulb. That means if the lantern is safe for incandescent bulbs, it should be safe for the Flux bulb as well. Be sure to read the instructions on both the light bulb and the paper lantern you purchase for this project. And of course, like most things electrical, you shouldn't leave your cloud light on unattended. Good luck on your project!
