l'm half way through the video, so basically both of you are saying the same things, it's just that the caller don't like the way you say it. Which you agreed on by saying "l have to pay more attention to people's feeling". The conversation should have ended really quickly, but the caller hold a grudge against you for whatever reason so it lead to a longer call.
