This guided meditation has helped me decide to search for happiness. I drive to work a lot, and finding truth at work has become difficult. So, I've started a search to look for work closer to home. Less stress is more valuable than money. And truth, truth is the only place I can thrive. Less driving, less stress, more truth: wish me luck. And good morning!

I suffered multiple loss of loved ones during the past years, what made me losing my inner balance and questioning spiritual matters. This meditation helps me so much when grief gives me a visit. The message of all of us being part of an eternal cycle helps me to calm down, my frequent reminder that nothing is ever really lost. Thank you so so much ❤️
This helped me so much today! I had difficult meetings, and I had to stand my ground, stand up for what is right and fair. I kept the words from this video with me. "There are many sad people in the world." He says that in this video and it helped me a lot. I felt prepared because I've been able to remember most of the words from this video. Good morning
I'm having a frozen coffee, watching the cars pass by the coffee shop. The local water department has numerous trucks working today. Water is so unique, powerful. The Mississippi River is high, full. It's amazing how quiet the river is today.
I sat in the sunshine for four hours yesterday and four hours today. I feel so much better! We all need fresh air and sunshine. Stay well.

My granddaughter has the flu and high fever. I stayed at her house, brought dinner over, and she let me hold a little pink stuffed puppy. It's been days and days of rain here. Lots of people are sick. I keep the old Tappan oven in the kitchen running and I sit right next to it. I put your music on in the house while I light fragrant candles and the oven warms up. The fragrant heat and the rhythm are so wonderful together.

Good afternoon. Your kind words yesterday helped me so much. I'm switching jobs again for heaven's sake! But, when I'm successful I'll be closer to the beach and in a peaceful environment. I've been working on applications for the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It's still an old-fashioned family area and southern charm and hospitality are still in style over there. Goodness, change is hard!!! I'm focusing on the sunshine, clean air, and open space.
