My granddaughter was in the hospital CHOC LA …we were staying in Ronald McDonald’s house in LA ..Sam came in Ron’s place to visit the families and we sat and ate French fries from Wendy’s (lol) watching golf on TV together…incredibly surreal …Sam was cool and just as nice as could be.
'Hawks historically show up on "Prime time". Also, they play well against Detroit.
Seahawks have beaten the Lions in their past 5 match ups, including twice in 2022 and once again in 2023. Last 3 games have been played in Detroit. WTH NFL, this game should be @ Lumen Field!!

@@dudedabsworth8023go watch the Seahawks play defense and tell me they aren’t the best defense in the nfl. No team has passed for more than 150 yards on them they have the best secondary in the nfl. Opposing qbs have a QBR of 60 against the Seahawks defense. Oh and they also lead the nfl in qb hits and pressures. It’s not just the pff grades lmao. I can keep going to lmao but I’ll let u respond.

Teal Curtain would work for Miami, not Seattle. The new Hawks defense name I've heard a bit, but not much, is The Hit Squad. I'm not sure that will catch on

As a Jets fan, I'm very happy to see Geno and Sam balling out (though I'd be _very_ happy if they don't beat the Jets when they meet this season), maybe Zach Wilson will have his redemption arc soon as well.
Just sucks the Jets didn't know how to coach them and/or put them in a position to do the same.

I’ve been a Vikings fan for over 30 years and I’ve never seen anything like this team in Mn. It was obvious to me from training camp on that they have something really special going on. I’ve not spent much time watching talking heads before (probably because I’m a Vikings fan). So perhaps I’m very behind on this, but wow all of these guys just say the same things. They act excited about teams with large followings even when they look bad on tape and act like it’s no big deal that the Vikings are making QB’s that they told me are the best look lost.

This is definitely a prove it game for our season. I remember last year everyone got real excited when we were killing it against the NY giants and that we would make a run for the playoffs. Then we played the Ravens and got our backs blown out. Regardless we went from the bottom 3 defenses last year to top 3. That's already a win for the season. Now we just have to fix this O line and we'll be sittin pretty

Thank you for giving Seattle the credit they deserve. Its getting so annoying to see people just brush them off because they haven't played a "real" team yet. The Seahawks are doing what good teams are supposed to do, theyre beating bad teams. Teams like the 49ers, who are supposed to be elite, are not.

I'm a Seahawks fan. People need to calm down. First game by Nix, Jacoby Brissett, Rollo Tamasi, and Glup Shitto are the four QBs Seattle has faced.

The only way you could feel good about the Seahawks is if you didn't watch their games. They made a meal of each of their first three games, and while yes they showed flashes, they had large portions of Mr. Stinky which is why they've had trouble breaking 25 points against terrible teams or dolphins without their dorsal fin.

I believe in the Bills the most and the 2nd most is the Hawks, b/c I'm a hawks fan. Idk why anyone thought that the Bills would falloff.

Most predicted Seattle would be 1-2 at this point. Yes I believe we haven't played the best teams but you play your schedule. It heats up these next 3 weeks so we'll find out if Seattle is for real.
this week for seattle will be a real test, the last three opponents were either injured or you are not too sure if they good or not, the lions are good no question this should be a great game!
yup next two weeks are going to be tests with the lions and 49ers so we'll see how real we are with those games

Honestly for both teams. Neither has really played an all around good team. But MacDonald entire systems counts on his big guys up front getting pressure by themselves and if both Leonard Williams and byron Murphy dont plqy i dont see them winning unless the oline can get it together and allows geno and the boys to put up a bunch of points

Where is the teal in the Seahawks uniform? I see dark blue, grey and this odd neon green. Is that green what Rich thinks of as "teal"? When I think of teal I think of something like the Jaguars colours. As a Hawks fan I am strongly against this nonsensical nickname for our defense.
Sam Darnold might be a similar situation to Geno. So that suggests the idea that a lot of "bad" quarterbacks have more potential than we thought and just need the right coaches. That means the old narrative of there not being 32 good quarterbacks to go around may not be accurate which is great for any team needing a new QB that doesn't want to tank a season to get one in the draft. The one little problem is that it's the organization's responsibility to develop these quarterbacks so it doesn't help you if you're consistently the team that these "busts" are starting out with. Hey, didn't Geno and Sam both get drafted by the same team?

And no, Geno went to the Jets and Yosemite Sam went to The "Team Formerly Known As" Redskins. But they're both notoriously awful organizations.
