There are two choices in frido pillow - frido ultimate sleep and frido ultimate contour cervical. Which one is better? I have osteoporosis
Ultimate pillow is for neck pain relief due to excessive screen time, shoulder stiffness.
Best for everyday use. Cervical pillow for cervical pain relief. Can be used as a regular pillow as well.

Sir main koi bhi neck or back pain se suffer nahi karra bas normal cushion pillow main nind nahi aati so i need a upgrade. Sir i am a back and side sleeper plz suggest some best pillows.
