I know it’s to late to save the police officer but no law enforcement officers should carry anything smaller then a .40 caliber the criminal was shot but because of such a small caliber he was able to shoot with a way more powerful gun killing a police officer !! If the criminal has a .45 which is a very heavy load,it does cause a lot of damage !! Why isn’t this guy facing the death penalty is my question ? Instead of the punishment fitting the crime it’s not even close if you kill an innocent person you should be given the death penalty and it should be carried out within 3 month of the conviction the process should be finished within 3 mouths this shit sitting on death row for 25+ years is a freaking shame !! You go to trail within 1 month or your arrest if convicted 1 appeal within 1 month if the evidence is overwhelming or there a numerous videos and eye witnesses or if you confess once this plays out out within 1 month the sentence needs to be carried out no more on death row for 25+ years,let’s speed up the process !!!
