Lovely video. I am from Lahore and usually 2 types are famous Desi Murgh Chana or Mutton joint with Chana. This is generic recipe not typical Lahore style. Few names of legendary restaurants for your reference, Utada Bhola Saleem butt, Ghulam rasoool. Mostly all Chana are yakhni style made with black peppers.
U do know how to sell ur dishes with the oi hoi hoi and devouring the food in the end, woh hi hein aapke monopoly to convince others in making the dishes ❤️

Exactly, for vegetarian options i always go to south indian restaurants and for non vegetarian always pakistani. Got the best of both worlds here
