    Man i have been addicted to your videos the past month since ive found the channel. I will be in gulf shores this coming week and will be fishing the fort morgan area and the pass. Hope to put alot of the stuff ive learned here to use. You going into detail about the setups and every piece of equipment you use really helps me coming from mainly bass fishing background.

    Nice drum catch. Next time you catch one, bake it. Marinade the filets in orange juice pineapple juice and lemon juice. Season it with seasoned salt, onion, fresh garlic, black pepper and some red pepper flakes to taste. Bake it around 350 until done. Its awesome!

    Nice day! I cast netted for my live bait for the first time successfully catching finger mullet, mojaras (unsure if spelled correctly) and some 10" mullet. Watched yours and many more video's on how to toss one. Within 2 hours i was tossing pancakes! Thanks for your help 🎣

    Fished with finger mullet in the the late 70s living in Mayport Florida (Naval Base as a dependent). Caught many flounder.
    Miss those days.

    We get bull croaker like in Texas City. The get up to the size of a small black drum. But here in Texas they have to be 15 inches

    I grew up in Mobile in ‘60s and ‘70s. Me and my buddy would fish the mouth of Dog River at Mobile Bay. One day, I think we caught close to 100 big croakers and they were all big ones like the ones you’re catching. I didn’t think they got that big these days. I haven’t seen a big one like that in decades.

    I’ve never caught black drum that small. I catch a lot in the 35-44 inch range all the time but we can’t keep them in over 30 inches unless it’s over 52 inches and you can only keep one a day if it’s that big.

    When I was a kid in the 60s I would catch a bunch of crocker and we have a big fish fry Sunday afternoon with hush puppies coleslaw beans and them fish were fine eating just had a few bones but the meat was super sweet and pretty whote

    When you use a finger mullet you should only get to the top lip otherwise it can’t breathe but anyway like your channel hope you get out there some more
